I work a lot and have health issues, and have a family who, let's just say, gets into a lot of automobile collisions. My wife has brought our vehicles to Briggs Collision several times. And every time, I've had issues with their work. But this last experience was the last straw. The first time, they failed to match the paint very well. But I hated the car my wife was driving at the time, and it was "good enough", so I let it slide. The second time, my daughter's car came back with a misaligned hood and NEW damage to the trunk lid. They actually damaged the car while it was in their possession. To be fair, they DID fix both of these issues -- after we went through the hassle of bringing the car back to them. The third time, they installed a fender that has edges that look weird. It's not horrible, but it's not quality work, either. We mentioned this problem to them, and they said it's because the aftermarket manufacturer they buy parts from uses worn out tools when they make the parts. Understand: They literally told us "We use defective parts, so you're out of luck."I come from an auto service family and this place makes me sick.

My vehicle was hit while parked in a friends neighborhood. The insurance company progressive suggested Briggs and only gave me one other option. My car is a 2009. I am the second owner. My father was the first the car has never been in an accident. The car was at Briggs for almost 2 weeks. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on they never called to communicate with me. My car was hit on the driver side, front quarter panel and door and they were going to replace the panel and the driver side door but upon picking up the car I noticed a rectangular cellphone size blemish on the back of the driver side door And the windshield sealant was all cracked off and removed on that side as well. As I stated my car is never been in an accident. My father and I are the only ones that ever owned it And I wash and wax it religiously. I took the car back to ask about the issue and they said they had no idea what happened it was probably there before, which is a complete lie, and they took no responsibility. It looks like they probably scratched the passenger side door when putting on the driver side door and buffed it out, but did not put any coating on it and as far as the ceiling around the windshield, they shouldve told the insurance company that it came off when replacing the quarter panel but they did not do that either. Their biggest issue was the car shouldve been totaled and they were waiting for the insurance company to decide whether they were going to repair it or not so Briggs wouldve gotten no money if the car was totaled which is why they decided to repair it and do a crappy job. I have to look at this blemish every time I go to my car now that they could have repaired since they did it and I will eventually have to have the seal around the windshield replaced, which couldve easily been part of the claim. I do NOT recommend Briggs.
