Outstanding customer service by the entire team. **** **** provided a great assessment of our issues and identified appropriate measure to be taken to correct. On-site team of ******, ******* and ****** did a great job and kept us informed every step of the way. Problems corrected and they cleaned the areas like new. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

***** B and the Foundation Doctor crew were awesome! Our 100+ year old home had basement water issues every time it rained. The salesman **** conducted a thorough inspection and recommended basement waterproofing, a new sump pump, dehumidifier, and replacing temporary support posts installed by a prior resident. Compared to other quotes we received, the Foundation Doctor proposed solution was more complete, and the price was competitive. ***** B led the installation crew and they were hard working and efficient. I appreciate that the Foundation Doctor is a locally owned company and they did everything by the book including getting a building permit for the structural repairs. We could not have been more pleased with our Foundation Doctor experience. We had foundation issues stemming from poor drainage, and met with three foundation / crawl space providers. From the start, Foundation Doctor put our minds at ease. They educated us on all the potential options, and helped us to make the decision that was right for us. While on site, Hitz and Fox kept us in the loop throughout the repairs, sending us updates throughout the week. They have even followed up to make sure that we know how to use our new smart sump pump. I also love the fact that these folks are local and not a huge national company. They stand by their work! We are confident that Foundation Doctor will help our family's home stay safe for many years to come.Foundation Doctor Response

Everyone in the Foundation Doctor Company that I interacted with was Fantastic. They were very professional, polite, friendly, and helpful. The crew that did my foundation work were very knowledgeable and did a great job. They came when they said, worked long hours, and did a super job cleaning up. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone whos home needs foundation repair. Amazing job from this entire team who made my bouncy floors rock solid again. Excellent communication mostly to my husband but they didn't mind answering all of my questions since I was home during the day and never made me feel foolish for asking what was probably obvious. They found additional wood rot and although it ended up costing us a bit more, I know they wanted to make sure everything was done properly. My only negative is that they have a defined line of work and I'd love to have them do all of our renovation.Foundation Doctor Response

Foundation Doctor is a great company to work with. They were prompt, professional, fair and trustworthy. Weve used other companies that have tried to sell us stuff that we dont need. After being discouraged with the service of others, we contacted Foundation Doctor for recommendations/service for our crawlspace. They provided honest feedback on what we needed to do with our crawlspace. It was a relief to know that there is a foundation company out there that I can trust.
