    Horrible customer service! They dont return calls, they have poor communication, and use too many sub-contractors who did shotty work. Nothing but problems! They took far too long to do the work because they either didnt show up when they were supposed to or had to redo the horrible work. In fact, 1 small bathroom and a 1/2 took 4 months! They definitely put big jobs before ours. ******, the owner was rude and did not stand behind his warranty when we had problems within the year. To top it off, one of his sub-contractors workers spray painted a dirty word on the sign on our front lawn! Do not use them!

    Hi ******,Our records indicate that your project was started on December 10th, 2020 and completed on March 11th, 2021. We tell all customers to expect a timeline of **** weeks per space depending on the scope of work. According to your own review, as well as our records, we completed two spaces within the expected timeframe, and actually a little under the expected time for two spaces, at 13 weeks from start to finish. That's pretty amazing when you consider the many difficulties due to COVID from spring of 2020 onward, and your project falling within the holiday season, as far as procuring materials, subcontractors being understaffed, and the closure of many government buildings which are responsible for project inspections in order to move forward.We also want to note that you are posting this review in July of 2022, over a year past the date your project was complete. We believe this may be stemming from the issue which your husband called about on February 28th, 2022 stating that a snapping noise was heard when your son stepped into the tub and it now squeaks when it is used. The plumber installed the tub on December 28, 2020 and they responded to your concern in March of 2022 by first sending a technician and then sending out the manager of the plumbing department when you were displeased with the service provided by their technician. We know all of the exact dates because we keep daily logs of our activity using Buildertrend to communicate with our clients and subcontractors throughout each project (which are still easily accessible with a total of 183 daily *************** back and forth in your account). Ultimately you were told that it sounds like the tub was damaged after a full year of being installed and in order to repair something under the tub all of the tile work on the walls as well as the tub would need to be ripped out at your expense.I can understand your frustration in such an unfortunate scenario but this damage was not caused by anyone's craftsmanship, we did communicate throughout your project via writing and photos along the way, we completed the projects within a reasonable timeframe, and your concerns were not ignored by MUSE Residential.As for the sign in your yard, anyone could have written on it and we find it in poor taste that you're accusing us of something so childish, especially this far after the fact.Best wishes for the future.
