For over 6 months I worked with USA Metal Structures to design a building that would suit my needs. Part of that included putting a shingle roof on a metal building. Now my garages are sagging by 1/2 and they are claiming adding the shingle roof and plywood voids the warranty. I literally worked with them for over 6 months letting them know my plans and their sales consultant was well aware of my plans. I even paid extra to have more supports added per their request.

In addition, we have made every effort to keep Mr. ******** informed throughout this process. He has been notified via both email and phone calls, and we will continue to provide him with updates as they become available.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to resolve this matter. Our team remains committed to ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to address the concern fully and satisfactorily.

My initial interaction with **** from USA Metal Structures was great. However that is where the great service ended. They are not the company designing, cutting and installing the building. That company is C & A Metal Structures. The deposit goes to *** but the contract you sign and the remainder of the payment will go to C & A. Once I finally got on the schedule the crew came and started constructing the building. After they left they left their trailer sitting in the road, not off the side actually fully in the road. After someone almost hit it they called the sheriff so I had to deal with that at 10:30 pm. They left the site overnight a complete mess with stuff everywhere. The next day they came back finished construction and knocked on the door for payment. They then informed me they didnt have the trim for the front & back of the building, they didnt have my doors, they didnt have a door k*** for my side entry door with them. They said you can just subtract the doors from the payment and we will be back within two weeks. Well to avoid a 3% fee I had a cashiers check so I couldnt subtract anything. And where I went wrong was paying them for my unfinished building. All of this took place on April 16th, 2024.I immediately contacted **** from USA Metal structures and let him know what happened, sent details in an email and pictures. Well now here I sit in June and still do not have a finished building. There are also issues with the building such as several scratches on the metal siding, a dent in one of the ribs on a panel, one of the concrete lag bolts stripped and not bolted into the pad. After several promises week after week and many no shows I still have an incomplete building that I paid for in full. **** and USA Metal Structures have apologized after multiple outreaches trying to get this taken care of but have been no help in getting this resolved.

I purchased a building thru ***. After deposit was made another company called saying they were the installers and that I was to pay them for the remaining balance No one can agree who is working for who. My building was supposed to be installed yesterday April 4. The installation company who said claim to have *** working for them. Continued to lie about my installation. First it was a weather delay. Then today it was a broken truck. I feel I have been mislead and lied to deceived and taken advantage of This almost feels. Like a total SCAM. *** is telling me how I can and cant pay for the balance to the OTHER company This was obviously a commission I paid as the deposit to ***. I am demanding the deposit de refunded to me since the company rebel metal structures is the one who is doing the work and is also involved with your company. Neither company can agree on who works for who. And who is in charge I paid *** and they can only say I will have to call the installers.

    **************,

Prior to you making your purchase you were told that the lead time was 2-3weeks. You made your down payment on March 21 2024. Today makes 7 business days since you made your down payment. You are not being scammed in any way. We even threw in a Free window to show you appreciation for your business. We understand that you want your building installed quickly & you will receive your building within the time frame you were promised. The reasons why your installation's has been rescheduled were all noted as possibilities on the contract that you signed. Should your building not arrive after week 3 we will refund you your down payment.

I am rejecting this response because:

The issue is they just SOLD the building  then  turned around and had another company install and make the final payments to

The company who installed the building claimed to be in charge.  Then this company claims to be I charge.

The timeline of two weeks does not apply to the issue of install.  When one company said the will be here on Thursday . And Thursday  comes and they do not show.  After taking the day off fo work.   That is the issue. That has nothing to do with a two week timeframe.

The be here on Thursday was a lie. Then it was the truck broke down in another state.

This company couldnt even find out what was going on because they were just  drop shipping. And not even taking any responsibility for anything

Pay them a deposit.  Then have to pay another company who finished the building.   This is a total scam

Now I am having issues with thr roof and the install company said it will be up to 3 weeks before they will be I. The area to fix them

As shown on the contract ************** signed it shows two different companies for this project. USA Metal is a verified vendor for Rebel Metal Structures (contractor). As shown on line item 2 on the Important Information sheet "Initial deposits are fees collected by USA Metal Structure LLP for services provided and are non-refundable." ************* was aware the deposit was non refundable and we never once said we were going to be in charge of the installation. Similar to **** estate broker, we are the middleman and do the shopping for the customer to get him the best price.

This is a traveling construction business, there are factors one cannot control, for example a vehicle breaking down. The contractor is based out of ************** and ************** is in *******. A lot can happen on the way from one state to the other.

Per the contracts signed the customer was aware that Rebel ********************************************* was the contractor and USA Metal is the vendor/dealer for this project.

    10. In case of any repairs or work orders on said customers structure, *** ********************** Structure LLP, will
contact the contractor to handle these repairs or work orders. Email confirmations will be sent to said
customer. USA ********************** Structure LLP, is not responsible for repairs or work orders.
