    Bad business! I wish I could give zero stars. Anyway, I have had an ongoing dispute for more than 6 months on returning the device with the rewards program. The dispute was settled (so I thought), but I continue to receive past due notices. I have called several times and I am told that the matter has to be reviewed by the rewards team, and to disregard the bills. However, it should not *********** plus months to review/process all while still sending the customer past due bill after past due bill. Borderlines harassment.

    Their product is a complete money grab scam. We got their bone stimulator device. They never told us what they were going to charge the insurance company, just that we MIGHT be liable for up to $1,500. When we finally got all of the paperwork, they had charged the insurance company $4,515, of which the insurance company generously covered $3,611. Then they also billed us for the $902 difference. (mind you that the same device can be purchased online for $775). It would have been nice for them to disclose all of those costs, rather than hide them from us in an obvious ploy to ***** us for as much money as they can. Despicable and unethical business!

    Their accounting is a big cluster of you know what. They keep asking for payments on invoices that's already been paid. I have also spoken to numerous doctors who had the exact same issues and one even had to hire an attorney because they reported him for non payment on invoices that's been paid already. Do not work with this company if your clinic uses hyaluronic acid. Move to Fidia Pharma. They have competitive pricing, and CLEAN invoicing system.

    When I broke my foot it was a bad break. But the Dr suggested highly this machine that would help fix my break faster. And my insurance would pay for it. So like a dumbass I did it. Well my insurance sent me a letter that said they did pay for it so I'm like ***. They only paid so much and I was still out of work as long as I was told before the machine. MY ADVICE RUN FROM THIS ITS A RIP OFF. My Dr. Had to be getting a huge amount for recommending this piece of c*** Plus I'm paying monthly to pay off and can't get a new balance update after numerous requests

    I used an Exogen as directed with no improvement whatsoever. I thought that my insurance had covered it since I just received a bill for over $500.00 over a year after receiving and using the machine. I feel misled . I do not recommend this machine. I wanted to leave no stars.

    Horrible customer service by this company! Not worth dealing with, wasted my time and no medical device, Im going to go to a competitor. Totally not worth dealing with them

    I used the Exogen for 3 months before getting a 2nd surgery. It did nothing. My military relative was being charged $650 by ******* for one so I shipped her mine. She charged it, had 171 uses. When she turned it on and it updated the date, it said Warning: 0 uses.
    Called customer service. They said "good for single use." I paid $5000 for nothing. Left supervisor two messages. No one returned my machine.
    I feel very ripped off. #1 Because it didn't work for my knee and #2 Despite it saying I had 171 uses left, it's now trash. Now they get to rip off a $650 copay from my relative because she hopes it will help.
    Think twice before buying.
