The reason why I rate one star because, on July 24, 2024, I was in the site manager office, the site manager and I was discussing about when the people were coming in to do the paint work as well as putting new floors down in my apartment. One of the exterminators came in the site manager office. The exterminator said, Good Morning to us and stated why he came. I ask him politely why they don't get rid of rodents or pests, but they get rid of insects. He said we do get rid of rodents by using a bait stations and glue traps. Only the exterminator done for my apartment which had some rodents, put down some glue traps in my apartment and one bait station outside my apartment. The exterminator asks me who am I, and I told him who I was. He said I heard about you! He said this because he knew that I reported to the business administrate before about the treatment I received from them. The exterminator said in anger, you had problems with rodents for years! The business has been working in our apartment complex for a while, and they still did not get rid of the rodents I had! I could talk to a lawyer about this! He said am I threatening him! No, if I am, I would have hurt you! The exterminator noticed that I didn't harm him. The site manager also noticed that too. He said the business told him not to have no dealings with me! I said O.K. that's fine! Then, I left the site manager office. So, I went on and purchase bait stations, glue traps, and bait food to get rid of the rodents in my apartment. I don't know why the business is still in business! They supposed to help everyone not certain ones! That's discrimination! I thought by talking to the business administrate that the issue would be resolved, I was wrong! I feel when you work on a job you should treat people like you want to be treated! I hope this matter will help someone along the way. Be careful in dealing with businesses. I feel the business owe me an apology!

Technician cancelled the scheduled treatment appointment and showed up on his own without an agreement to ensure I was home. Claimed to have done a yard service (because I was not home) and has charged me for doing so. I would not do any business with them if you expect professionalism and integrity.

If i could leave a zero star rating i would. The ************* was bullying me into signing documents before I was ready. After repeated attempts to tell them I needed more time because I was in the middle of an insurance claim. They pulled up at the wrong driveway at the wrong time at the wrong house, and then nearly backed over my dog, leaving as rapidly as they had pulled up the steep hill this is all in a court in a residential neighborhood of ****, **.

On November 29, 2022 an exterminator was supposed to come to my house to spray for a monthly spray and he never arrived but lied and said he sprayed the outside of my house I was up since 6 o’clock in the morning with the door open waiting for him and I also have motion detected cameras and informed this to customer service that day and was told I would not be charged for the month of November or December since the guy lied it is now December the guy came and sprayed the inside not the outside which I pay for both inside and out and on the website it still shows that I was being charge for November so I called customer service and they tried to make it seem like I was lying I even had to send them the videos of no one being there and then she made excuses saying that I needed to send them an hour long video which was not possible because again it is a motion detected camera, and if he doesn’t show up, there’s no motion then I asked to speak to a supervisor was not transferred over to a supervisor. The phone got handed to the same lady that was trying to say that I was lying or I was deleting video footage and told me that she spoke with her supervisor and that I am not going to be charged the $47 but they will no longer be doing business with me because I was yelling at her . The problem isn’t about the $47 the problem is no one came to my house, but straight up, lied and said that they did, and even though I showed video camera footage that no one was showing up, I was still being accused of lying. I feel like instead of me having to prove that their worker didn’t come to do their job, they should’ve had their worker prove that they actually did a job because he didn’t I even told the customer service lady I don’t mind paying for December because he came and sprayed at least the inside of the house but I’m telling you he didn’t come November. I have no reason to lie every time they’ve come before I’ve paid on time. This was degrading and ridiculous

We apologize for the inconvenience suffered in a missed appointment with our technician in November. We did arrange for and completed a call back service at no charge to you in December for the completion of the November service. You were not charged for a December service. It was ultimately your abuse of our customer service reps that lead to the cancellation of your account. We have removed the charge of $47.00 for the November service leaving you with a $0.00 balance. We wish you well in your search for a pest control provider.
