            We paid a deposit of $4,500 to the business on Friday, 4/5/2024, which they said would be used or order materials for a new HVAC system that would be installed the following week on Tuesday and Wednesday. They have gone unreachable, or on occasion pick up the phone and tell us that they will be out the following day and never show up. We have yet to receive anything for the $4,500 they have stolen from us.

            We bought a home in ********* in February. Our heat went out and we were referred to *** ********************** HVAC. ****** ********************** sold ** a 4 ton unit. He installed a different, smaller, 3 ton unit and not the one we paid for. *** and his crew left garbage in my home and yard. *** took 4 weeks to complete the job and frequently no-showed. the job should have taken 2 days. He held up several other projects with his absence and neglect. When the weather got much warmer, 2 weeks after *** finished our job, our AC did not work. The house was very hot. *** told us he would come look at it and to recalibrate the system as he felt that was the issue. He never showed. We had a second HVAC company come to look at the system. *** was very angry about this. The other company told us that the unit was in fact a 3 ton unit and that the copper line used was the incorrect size. *** used a 5/8 line for a job that needed a 3/8 line. The other HVAC company found the line used to be an odd choice and surmised that it was likely just what *** had on his truck at the time. We will need to purchase a new HVAC system. This will be our second one in less than 60 days because *** lied to us, swindled us, stole our money, and fraudulently installed a smaller unit and not the one you pay for. It looks like he has done this to others. When we alerted *** of the other reputable HVAC company's findings he went radio silent. We gave ****** ********************** HVAC a total of $5200.

            I hired Bledsole H&A to replace a unit. The work was not only shoddy but they then refused to honor the warranty. Have spent months trying to get them out to repair. When and if they appear they claim damage to unit is from others. Need to have working a/c for tenants. Have paid $$$ and still unit does not work. TOTAL CROOKS!!!
