            November 2023 I had an oil change performed on my 2021 Dodge Durango. I took the vehicle back in January 2024 to have another oil change performed. The establishment was unable to perform the oil change in January 2024 due to the oil filter housing unit being stripped. The manager on duty blamed it on the technician who had performed the oil change in November 2023. He told my boyfriend that this person no longer worked there due to his bad work. The manager gave us 2 cards for free oil changes but told us they could not complete the services because they do not have the right tools. I took my truck to the Dodge dealership April to have the oil change. They too was unable to complete the oil change because of the oil filter stripping that was discovered in January 2024. Estimated damages over $1200. I asked for repair of damages from Take 5 & they refused. The manager on duty refused to tell me who the owner of the establishment was. I had to call the police out to the establishment. The manager then told the police who the District Manager was and gave the police the DM phone number. The police attempted to call him. The call went straight to voicemail. I have been trying to reach this DM. All calls go to voicemail. Also have been calling & leaving messages at **************** ****************** based in ********* ** who are the reported owners of this establishment. TAKE 5 Properties SPV LLC may also hold stake in this establishment.

            Went to get an oil change on 05/21/2022 at 11:29AM , upon completion of the oil change and me leaving to get onto 295 my car stalled like the engine completely locked . Reached out to the store they informed me it was nothing they could , vehicle stalled due to no oil in the car .

            Consumer Response /* (450, 9, 2022/06/08) */ Terry was able to get in contact with district manager. They have decided to move forward on getting my vehicle fixed. Take 5 was kind enough to get a rental. Thank you John for taking care of the rental fees.
