Because no stars is an option, I had to select one, but be sure it is zero. I called for a backflow leak repair. I was told that yes, we indeed do backflow repairs. The service technician came out and cut my lines and added 3 small pvc pieces to my backflow system and said the leak was fixed. He had cut the water off to the backflow I later found out when the next tester came out to check my backflow system When they turned the water valve back on water was leaking everywhere. i told them Bell Cow was just here yesterday and told me it was fixed. I was told nothing was fixed and it was obvious because water was leaking everywhere. Hoke county requires this test to be done and I being a single female panicked and asked if they could fix it so I can get this test completed. The whole unit needed to to be replaced. Bell Cow called the next day for payment before I could call them and I explained what happened and she said why didn't you call us right away? They billed me $421. I asked for an itemized bill and they still have not provided me one- price per part + hourly rate. they simply replies its 40 % parts and 60% labor. I said I panicked, with the leak and just wanted to get it fixed. I asked her for a reduction in their $421 fee because it was not fixed and I just had to pay $600. I sent her pictures of the 3 little parts their tech used- i took them as he worked along with video showing it still leaking and they have not responded back to me. All I am asking is for your company to do the right thing and not take advantage of your customers. The leak was not fixed, I am not a plumber, nor did your tech leave any paperwork or inform me of what to do if anything happens. I panicked, was so upset that the leak was not fixed that I had to get it taken care of. Be fair and do the right thing.

We have discussed the issue with **********************. We have advised the customer that we will clear her balance with us once she provides us something showing she had to have another company come out after our visit to correct.
