            June 25, 2024 appt 230pm I was seen by **************** for a subtle lip filler. She had chosen Revanesse Versa filler before j ever got To the appt but I trusted that she chose the most suitable one because shes a physician. I had asked that she not inject the upper corners of my mouth / lips because i dont like the duck lip look for the look of puffiness above the lips.I was numb with a local anesthesia. Therefore, I couldnt feel everything that was happening. I even stopped her while she was injecting reminding her that I didnt want it injectected In that area.When she was finished and she handed me the mirror, j could tell already that she put too much filler in the exact area that I asked her not to . The results took approx 2 Weeks and at that time, i noticed visible asymmetry of my mouth and face. It caused me much distress.I had to wait 2 wks to the follow up at which time I explained why I was dissatisfied. We discussed dissolving some and trying to even things out. She didnt dissolve the corner areas that I mentioned. She added more causing more asymmetry. I contacted her multiple times with photos of the issues I had with the results and from the photos, it was very apparent that my mouth was injected unevenly and overfilled all Around my mouth in areas that causie very negative results to the facial anatomy.. j have so many photos that can be provided. So I did nt feel comfortable returning to her for treatment. So I told her, given these circumstances, I wanted a refund of $775 for the 1 syringe of filler because it was so bad and because she filled my lips with no regard to the requests that I had made about what I didnt want. She did receive my request because I have a Read Receipt from our conversation on ******** MESSENGER. However after I sent that request for refund, she blocked me.Dissolving the filler is also a risky process and I m very upset that I have to now pay another provider to correct the asymmetries.
