TOP OF THE LINE...ALL THE WAY. I've been in construction for 35 years, 20 of those in business for myself. ************ is the easiest, MOST PLEASANT business woman I've ever met, and she is just as professional on the phone. Also, I have noted that there is NO LENGTH that she AND her subcontractors wouldn't go to to make sure the job is done thoroughly right, and to the customer's satisfaction. Amof, even at TAKING A LOSS just to try to please a customer if necessary. As a custom interior subcontractor, I've seen MULTIPLE TIMES over the years that there are some customers that are just difficult to deal with, and no matter what you do for them, or what extent you go to for them, you just CAN'T to please them. It's as if they're already upset because the Sun came up. I've been there, and I KNOW what I'm talking about. Dealing with the public is a job within itself, and as fickle as they are today, it's like you have to "walk on eggshells" around them. Let me just tell you this as a professional business man for over 20 years, ***************, and all of the subcontractors that work for Premiere Builders Roofing are as good as it gets in the roofing/remodeling business. I would trust them with ANY project I have, and any in the future, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to every consumer in need of their highly professional services.************************* M-TRIM ***

Premier Builders stopped at our home for a siding and fascia quote this summer. Two men, the owner and another man, he was holding his notepad, pretending he was his assistant, ******* taking notes of the measurements. Premier Builders was only misleading me. Standing next to him, was his sub contractor, this is where to trouble all begins. The day of installation, Premier builders is showing up with the crew, only to make us believe he is all part of this project. Once things got started, Premier builders left. Once he left, the crew had their hands on my home, only then the sub contractor informed me that he is his own company, separate from Premier Builders. I felt so dumb found as I had spent 3 month and more to search for the right contractor. All my time was wasted. 2 1/2 days into the TWO NONE speaking English young men working I contacted Premier Builders with pictures and how bad things started looking. THEM TWO NONE SPEAKING ENGLISH YOUNG MEN WERE LEFT ALONE, NOT ADEQUATELY SUPERVISED BY THEIR BOSS, the subcontractor. Premier Builders which I considered my contract contact person did not show up to check on things for a total of 5 days, unfortunately by then lots of damage was done, WE HAD LOTS OF NONE SUBSTANTIAL WORKMANLIKE MANNER work, not as signed and agreed on in our contract. After the first 5 days of work, contractor and sub contractor decided to leave the unfinished, sub-standard siding, fascia job only to interview and hire another subcontractor, this subcontractor comes and goes over the period of 2 weeks until the first subcontractor to tell him, hurry up and leave.WORK AT THIS POINT STILL NOT DONE RIGHT, that was September 1st, 2023. Since then we been given the run around by Premier Builders, promised he would make things right and nothing happened. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
