    On march 5, 2022 I bought a used car and insurance from dave at dw auto deals . I spent over 6,000 on the car in within 2 months the car was in the shop more than twice . First was a problem with the belt & ac the second was the spark plugs . After I got that fixed I broke down again & I didn't have the means to fix it so I kept calling them over two weeks no answer. I ended up switching insurance from him to national general and then again to geico because he didn't wanna work with the insurance company . He refused my insurance and then told me I had a week to find new insurance or he will come take the car ! He harassed me for 5 plus days so did his assistant Lauren. Two days after the harassment started he kept calling for a car payment that wasn't due until the following Monday . Come that Sunday before the payment was sent him his wife and another male is on my neighbor ring camera hooking my car up the back of there personal truck. After he stole the car back he proceeded to say if you give me this amount of money I will release the car . He blocked me on all social media so I couldn't get in contact with him. overall an really scary and sad situation. I'm a single mother and he knew and took advantage of me

    Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/06/28) */ Mrs. ********* purchased a vehicle from us. She was given a NVP warranty with her purchase that covered her for 3 months and 5,000 miles. She took her car into to Pure Performance and we paid for the repairs on the vehicle. She was told when she purchased the vehicle that she had to keep full coverage insurance with us as the lien holder. We tried to contact her several times about getting her insurance and making her payment. She did not get her insurance for her vehicle or make her payment and her vehicle was put out for repossession. She called us after she realized vehicle was repossessed and was told she could pick up the vehicle if her insurance was reinstated and payment was caught up. She was also informed that we had all her belongings and she could come to DW Auto and pick them up at any time during business hours. She did not contact the office or come to ever get any of her belongings.
