    In August 2023 I received dental services and was billed at *** (office fee) in error )$925.00. I should have been billed with my insurance which I had provided and had been billed through in previous dental appointments. I followed up and received a correction calculation and a resubmission to be compensated and told I would receive a refund in the mail. I received a portion of the refund. I followed up for each month after December 2023. I was informed a check was in the mail. In October 2024 I was told the $222.00 due was credited in my account. I was not previously informed of this or agreed to this decision. I requested the money be refunded as originally agreed. I was told it would be corrected and promised if it was not corrected, and I didn't receive this refund I would be paid by cash or check from the clinic directly. On November 15th and November 19th, I followed up twice more. I was informed I was credited but they would look into it and contact the supervisors to correct this issue. Today the 19th of November, I was told to follow up and email a regional manager that may be able to assist. I've been very patient following up on this issue. For the numerous visits, lying that a check was in the mail, and I would be paid by the clinic if the issue wasn't resolved in a couple months It is a fair request to be compensated for this time, driving, and repeated mistakes. I expect to be repaid a minimum of $222.00 for the original bill and no less than $95.00 for the additional expenses and time lost for this issue.
