    My office visits always went good. The only thing is if you have a dental emergency you are in big trouble getting in. Other Aspen offices in my area told me to call my office. My office ******* NC said they could see me July 31. This was about 45 days. They will never see another ***** from me. Now I have to deal with a terrible tooth ache until I can find a new dentist.

    I missed several apps because no one ever answers the phone or return phone calls. I tried calling over a four week period. To reschedule my appointment before and after my appointment time. I finally talked with someone early Monday morning and was told I had to be a walk in because of missed appointments. The person in my opinion was being rude. I also asked to speak to someone in the business office because i have a credit there. I was told she was with a customer and she would call me back. I assured the lady that she wouldn't and she hasn't. I tried calling again today and the same thing it goes to voice mail. I left so many messages.with no reply. So how does anyone have the opportunity to schedule or reschedule? There excuse is always they are short staffed.

    I had a broke tooth and had pain in my jaw and ear. I wanted the tooth extracted. It took me 2 days to get anyone on the phone b/c they wouldnt answer. Then when I finally got someone, she acted as if she didnt want to be there or something. She was short and wouldnt give me a chance to tell her everything and she scheduled me in for January 31. By then I would have a full blown infection. Then they called me b/c they had to change my appointment to February 2. Also it is like a sales team at Aspen Dental. I asked for prices on dentures and partial. They completely ignored that and gave me quotes on implants and a bridge. I cant afford that. I told them that. They didnt seem to mind

    ****************** 6/25/23 I disagreed with the way my temporary denchers looked. ask for a refund they said no. Called customer service and agreed to go to Dr. ************************ office in Gastiona. First visit was ok. Called back for another visit they would not give me another appointment .I'm out a good bit of money .

    I was in desperate need of pain relief and I called all the dentists around me and Aspen Dental was the only office that could get me in so I go and everything was okay! Once I got called back they of course talked to me about what was going on. The dental assistant took ex rays and everything. This is the first time I have ever felt so uncomfortable as she was taking my ex ray!! She tried several times and still couldnt get it to work so then another lady had to come help and she wasnt any better!! I was sitting there about into tears it hurt so bad! Finally another lady came and did it right and I thanked her so much! I needed a root canal so got an appointment for that and idk what her name was but she couldnt get me numb!!!! She would drill and I would hurt so bad! After 5 or 6 more shots it finally numbed. Well I thought everything was good until my next visit. When they ****** told me that there was a mistake during the root canal process so I had to make another appointment to get it fixed. The dentist worked on my mouth at the end, he told me that he was gonna have to fill it with a blue cement until the next visit where he can put the crown on. At this point, I never wanted to go back after he put the blue cement and. I didnt feel any more pain, so I never went back. Today I woke up with my side of face swollen. I call up there to see if they can help me and she said I would have to get a tooth cleaning before messing with the painful tooth. She was honestly very rude so I decided to call around my hometown again for another dentist. Luckily, I found one that took me in. Looked at my tooth did my x-rays and wanted to pull my tooth. He pulled the tooth and showed me where Aspen dental. drilled in the wrong spot of my root canal! I took pictures!!

    Horrible. Left me in lots of pain afterwards and would not prescribe enough medicine to get me through healing process.Said that it would help my mouth with the pain if I would come in for more treatment. That did not make any sense to me at all. They just want the money. They will cause you more pain and then maybe give you the bare minimum low strength pain medicine for that visit. I do not recommend anyone to go there for treatment.
