    We found bed bugs and they have been biting my daughter bad. They are telling us that we have to check out and plus pay the cost of the exterminator! We were not offered another room and they are expecting us to still pay full price for the room! We are out of options what should we do?

    Hello,
    Please view attached for the complaint. 

    This must be  ***** ***. There is no other issue with hotel or hotel rooms. There are 5 hotels in the area - we have the best rooms and they have 5 options (at cheaper rate per night). And they still stayed at our property from September 2, 2022 till today. Not sure what they are trying to do. They informed me about bed bugs on December 5, 2022.December 6 is when the Termimax treatment was done and the report is attached. We have contract with terminax for every month. Please see attached for service report.

    They have not paid even after that and we are putting an eviction case against them.

    I am rejecting this response because: Days Inn office and management has not been treating us with respect since the incident. That's one reason why we have not paid plus while our room was being treated $500 was taken from the room. A police report was made.

    Days Inn *********, are attempting to withdraw money from my credit card. They have not asked for permission, neither been given permission,for this action.My credit card was to have been removed 2 months ago,from the system.(Can provide proof). We have not, been guest there, for over 1 month ago. The owners,and management know this to be a fact.As of today(06/28/2022), they have made 2attempts to withdraw funds. This is costing each time, an attempt is made. Also, it's a known fact employees are being paid,without proper documentation.There's sanitary issues also, that the public should be aware of.Such problems as sewer Gnats, reports of Bed bugs, and roaches.For the prices charged,the cleanliness doesn't add up.This mannerism, has happened with other guests,also.Front desk employee ******, verbally informed me, that my card was being taken off file,over a month ago,due to irregular,and unexplainable transaction attempt. Also, my wife worked half of day, for this company.She has not received check stub, receipt,cash, or any proof. Thank goodness,we have written proof.

    Please view attached for the complaint. Also view the attached for $250.00 pending charge on ******** account. We tried contacting him regarding this and he said we can go ahead and settle the remaining balance.

And they still stayed at our property for more than a week. Not sure what they are trying to do. I called them again and confirmed and he said it's all good now. Not sure what he meant, but that's all I got from him.
