    I am a 63 year old widower woman and I went to Westgate Triad Mitsubishi on 327 Auto Park ****** to purchase a car due to my transmission issues in my other car . The car have had many issues since I it financed by th ****. I had financed a 2016 Optima Ex for 12, 000 and went back to them about a week with black puddle like substance coming from the tail pipe , took it back and they put a treatment in it to stop it when I seen it I went back over there and asked if I could trade it back in , they told me that if I traded it in I would not get but ***** for it leaving ***** balance owing SECU with a bill and no car. I feel that they knew the damages concerning that car. Door handle on driver side broke off, the driver side window fell of track 3 times and I had to pay for it but broke again. Antenna on the top of the car broke off had to glue it back on. And within three months I have suffered with having to take my car back to the oil changing shop to have them top off my oil 3 times in 3 months . The man at the oil changing place told me that , that car had a motor in it that burnt oil which I felt Westgate Triad Mitsubishi knew when that black stuff was coming out the back. They dealt with my complaints for 3 months and now I am on my own scared to drive a car that I have to continue paying for. I found out that everything that was broken is made with plastic. I am old and needed to be taken care of not advantage of. I am left not knowing what to do. Im afraid that my motor will go out and I have no money to fix it.     I purchased a Toyota Prius from Triad. There was a warranty promised but when I was signing the paperwork they withdrew the warranty due to the mileage on the car and that the salesman had mistaken to say there was one. A week after the purchase I learned the car had a blown head gasket. When I was asked to contact the dealership after leaving a negative Google review I was told essentially tough luck no warranty. I should've walked when they refused to follow through with the warranty but I instead let them sell me a car I believe they knew to be damaged.

    Please DO not buy from this dealership!!! This dealership has been the worest ever I got a car and they said nothing was wrong with it and it's been in the shop 6 times I had 2 dealership say that I need a new transmission and they said that they will not pay for it and that was all Also the warrany is NOT accepted everywhere Please save yourself DONT UY FROM HERE
