  12/26/24 a ***** *** showed up at our home at 9:00PM as we were getting ready to go to bed. ****** demonstrated his vacuum using highly skilled tactics and while we both kept saying NO please leave we dont want it, he said he was thirsty. We offered him to go in our soda fridge and he came out with a ****** beer! (Forgetting that we had put some in there from Christmas) he still drank a BEER in front of us and continued by grabbing our vacuum attempting to deceive us by putting it in low function mode so my husband thought the vacuum was broke. I got up left the room and went outside I was upset and told him to leave he followed me out. I lit a cigarette and he grabbed my cigarettes and took one and lit one. From the door I could see my husband get up and pour himself a shot of tsh liquor we had gotten for Christmas because he was stressed out. We told ****** ***eatadly that we did not want the ***** and he should leave. My husband apparently was asked to go to the *** to withdraw cash money to give to Trevon under the table and he left. I asked ****** what the h*** are you doing? He knew both my husband and I were 100% disabled. We have disability that are both physically and mentally impaired. On top of that my husband had been drinking and using tsh and we should not have been able to sign a legal contract that he somehow got my husband to sign. My husband gave ****** $100 cash plus our trade in Dyson v8 animal (orange) in color and I was told at this point to write a check out. This is when I found out it was for S&B Associates for $1190.00 We have tried dealing with ***** at ***** and she we only had a 3 day right to return, however ****** told us 30 days. I was told that was not true. So we want to file for a refund under the vulnerable Consumer and under the influence consumer.Also, the time of night they showed up would be illegal. I have proof on my ADT camera system.

  I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

   receive a certified letter from the owner *** *****, however he never addressed the complaints about selling the vacuum cleaner to seniors that were disabled and under the influence of TSH when this was going on. He was also not present in my home when cash was given to Trevon in the amount of $100.00.
  
  Respectfully, we were told we had 30 days to get out of this purchase and a matter of fact no contract was even signed about a 3 days right to get out of a contract. We were only going by what ****** showed us in the ***** book about 30 days. Then looking further we seen the senior disabled under the influence clause.
  
  We have not spoke directly with *** nor ***** since filing this claim and the phone number we were given for S& B Associates is not a working number.
  
  We are still at this point asking for our money back 100% and our Dyson vacuum back and they can come and pick up the ***** vacuum which has been sitting store in the closet since I filed this report with ***** directly
