    We have bought a ******* Fridge from The Clearance Center on 01/25/2022 and paid $1800 cash and $75 for a Delivery fee and got a promise to get our fridge delivered the next day but it took them 4 days to deliver our fridge right at that time I got a call from a Clearance center that I have to pay extra $40 more for Fridge I was stuck I have already cleaned the old Fridge and moved I need my new Fridge then and there once the Delivery guys brought the Fridge in Fridge has a couple of dents and the door was broken and making a noise when you close a door it has a crack panel at the top both french doors are uneven I asked him to take this fridge back but he said just call the Clearance Center and they will take care of it this is not a big deal after that they left I called the Center next day they gave me a run around for a couple of days send me a wrong email to send them a picture finally I found a right email from there website and send them pictures after that they said to sign in with ******* they will come and fix it if they ask just lie to them and tell them that you bought a Fridge from Lowes after 3 weeks ******* guy showed up and didnt do anything just told me to call lowes they will fix it we cant I called Clearance Center and they told me that one of there technicenace will stop by and get this fix givin me different dates and times but nobody ever come finally they stop answering my calls and emails I am fed up with them please help me I have paid $1800 for a broken fridge I am not rich they have scammed me and showed me a good fridge and send me a broken one I really need help I am just nobody for them they are big business thank you.

    Mr. ****** ******** purchased a ******* French Door Refrigerator Model # *********** on January 25, 2022 in the amount of $1800.00 with an addition of $75.00 for delivery to his home. Original retail price was $3599.00 Mr. ****** was interested in this unit we had priced for $2499.99 which was still in the plastic. He negotiated a cash price of $1800.00 with the knowledge of the uneven doors, minor scratches and was aware that we do sell scratch and dent appliances. Mr. ******** agreed to the sale because of the extreme discount he received. The delivery was unable to fit through the doors of his home and the handles had to be taken off . Mr. ******** stated the last French door refrigerator went in his home with no problems and he was sure this one would go right in. But that was not the case which  cost and additional $40.00 for removal and reinstall of the handles. It was also noted at the time of delivery the doors were uneven as the customer pointed but was ok with. Customer did complain of a clicking sound coming from door hinge area Mr. ****** contacted the office on January 28, 2022 and stated the unit was making noise and missing a top left cover panel, I asked if he could send photos of the panel to our email, he submitted photos on January 31, 2022 I immediately scheduled service for the noise which i thought was internal and placed an order for the panel cover which is on backorder with no future ship date which was explained to Mr. ********. Unfortunately the ******* technician cancelled several appointments due to inclement weather the week of his scheduled appointments in addition their lack of staff. A technician came out on February 24, 2022 This unit is covered under its Manufactures Warranty. Warranty does not cover any cosmetic damage or noise the door makes which does not obstruct the functionality of the unit. ******* also stated that to Mr. ******. We would like to resolve this quickly and we can try to adjust the doors but the refrigerator works fine! The part is still on factory back order and we do not have a replacement. Thank you

     I am rejecting this response because: This is flat out lie yes there was couple of dents but why would anybody buy a Refrigerator with a crooked door which makes huge noise when you try to close who would pay $1800 for a broken Refrigerator they never mention about the part is in order you can see the attach emails they have never response to my last email about if they are going to do anything or not they just stop responding my calls and emails they just don't want to deal with this problem once they have got a cash they are done with the customer knowing customer cant do anything another lie is that delivery guy told me about the broken door and I was ok with it they brought the whole fridge inside then told me about the problem and said it is not a big deal just call them tomorrow morning and they will come fix it the Delivery driver was on the phone with someone I don't know who if they dont solve this through BBB I will be going to file a complaint through small claims court.
