    Paid upfront for a powered Cabinet March 2020.Lots of excuses including that it was built and he just needed to ship it.Eventually he stopped answering my texts and calls.

    I ordered a Xitone Active wedge and paid 1014.04 dollars online on the Xitone site. Tried reaching out to Xitone email ID and Customer Support form on the site, but haven't heard back from them. I asked for refund as well, but no response from Xitone. There's no phone number mentioned on the site, so only thing I am left with is drop emails and wait for them to respond Other customers have faced the same issue(placing the order and not hearing back) and filed similar complaints. I have raised a dispute with my bank to cancel the transaction which is a painful 3 months long process. I'd suggest everyone to not place any order on Xitone website, I think they are not in business anymore and you will just lose your money making any transaction on the site.

    The product I purchased was never delivered. I asked for a refund and he is not responding to my emails. I have been trying to get my speaker cabinets since September 12 2022. I sent him $1862.94 and have received nothing. I can’t reach him anymore.

    I placed and order for a speaker cabinet on January 25th, 2023 for $947.67 using my credit card through PayPal. I was refunded $48.67 for shipping. My total was $899. The owner initially said guitar speaker cab would be delivered in 4-8 weeks. i followed up via email and phone call at 9 (March 29th) weeks to check on status. I was told the owner (by the owner i must add) via text that he had undergone dental surgery and there was no status update. I reached out via text May 1st and received no reply. I reached out May 6th via text and received no reply. I have emailed and still awaiting a reply. There has been no tangible attempt to resolve the issue.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I received a text last Friday, May 12th,  from seller stating that he needed to get parts from another vendor and would follow up by Wednesday, May 17th.

    January of 2022 I paid $943.35 for a speaker cabinet for a guitar and was told there was a 6-8 week wait time. Over a year later I haven’t received anything from them. I requested a refund and I was told on feb 2, 2023 I could get a refund, but I keep getting excuses and have not received a refund yet and have little faith I may ever see a refund. I couldn’t make a chargeback through PayPal or on my credit card either because too much time had passed since the date of purchase. How can he get away with taking people’s money, not deliver a product, and keep us on the hook until it’s too late to make a chargeback and there’s nothing else to do? Is this not fraud?
