  In the middle of the night my car got towed because I had 2 car wheels in my “yard”. I initially thought my car was stolen so I called 911 only to find out All Call Towing and Recovery has towed it. Mind you our neighbor has a whole truck right in his yard not even touching his drive way. We have about 5 pictures of cars parked in the grass or even in the middle of the road from just that morning. So I go and attempt to retrieve some stuff from my car since I don’t have the funds it costs to get my car, and they refuse to let me get my medicine and any personal property. I need to take my medicine at the same time every day or I could get sick. They are charging me 250 and 50 for everyday it sits in there, which I cannot afford since I have 2 kids and can’t even make it to work now. We pay almost 600 a month for lot rent yet we are getting towed for having 2 wheels in the yard we pay for.

  This complaint is inaccurate in MULTIPLE ways. We tow any vehicles that are breaking the rules set by the community/property managers.I am very aware of this customer because I was in office when customer arrived. Initial impound fees are correct but we charge $35 per day NOT $50 Also Ms ******* never came to our facility it was a guy that consulted with us about the vehicle. MEDICATION was never refused. When he asked to retrieve medication out of the vehicle. He was told that medication can be released but only medication. Vehicle will stay until bonded out of impound. He then left the without returning. Property managers were made aware and also told that medication can be released from the vehicle. Some medications can be a matter of life and death and we'll never with hold that from anyone! Later that evening a different older gentleman came to retrieved the vehicle. Ms. ******* is aware of all parking rules in the community as it is in agreement of lease. Also Ms. ******* Never came to our location! So this complaint is not only inaccurate but invalid due to her never coming in contact or conversation with any member of our team!
