Disappointing Warranty Support for Volvo VN L 760 Trucks Since purchasing Volvo's VN L 760 trucks, my experience has been consistently marred by issues with brand-new vehicles. The most frustrating aspect has been the dealership's reluctance to honor warranty claims. Despite these trucks being under warranty, the dealership has repeatedly found reasons to deny coverage. This seems to be a common issue among Volvo truck owners. The financial burden is significant; it's unreasonable to be making payments on trucks that require frequent repairs not covered by warranty. Moreover, each visit to the dealership incurs diagnostic fees, which only add to the expenses without resolving the underlying issues.I urge Volvo to address these concerns promptly. Reliable warranty support is crucial for maintaining trust and satisfaction among customers who invest in your vehicles. As a loyal customer, I hope ********************** can rectify these warranty issues and ensure that their products and services meet the standards expected from such a reputable brand.

My name is **** I'm owner operator driving for 25 years trucks I purchased a few brand new trucks before , I just got my brand new volvo 2023 860 model but it took me one year and 2 months to get it, The communication between my representative and Volvo are terrible . It seems to me that nobody know what's going on when you ask a question takes forever to receive the answer. My truck got damaged pretty bad due to the transportation, they put wrong parts, They're missing parts, My cruise control and engine break is not working, And there's some other stuff and issues. My question to Volvo is where is the quality check control to check and see all the problems that I had. I spent $200000 for a truck and is that what I get , Thank you volvo for the great quality work, I understand it's tough times with parts shortages but at least make sure quality is still there. I'm not sure if my next truck will be Volvo.

    Volvo Trucks North America Response

Volvo Trucks is aware of this customer's concerns with the recent delivery of a new Volvo VNL. The heavy truck industry is currently experiencing demand exceeding supply capacity, which is forcing longer than desired lead times. Volvo Trucks continues to leverage supply chain resources to minimize disruptions and to reach satisfactory order for delivery timeframes for its customers. All trucks follow a comprehensive inspection process to make sure they are complete and within specification. In instances where certain parts are not available, trucks may be shipped with substitute components required to be corrected at the distributor before delivery to the end customer. This unit was built with an incorrect seat and was damaged in a collision during transport from the factory to the distributor. Volvo Trucks is taking the necessary steps to install the correct seat, to repair the collision and paint damage, and to make sure all vehicle systems are functioning as intended.
