I give to the hospital 1 start bc that is the minimum. Because the place doesn't deserve any start. My mon got to the *** emergency room at 8:30 in the morning. She needed some test to get back to work. First, she got urinary and blood lab test. The nurse left the room and never came back until hours later. To get more of the same lab test. The doctor never come to the room. The room is disgusting. My mon was covering with a blanket that it's look it having been washed in long time. After wating so many hours, they finally came at 3:00 pm in the afternoon. This is an awful place. I don't recommended to anyone

I went to the ** in May of 2023. I was overcharged for my bill and it has taken me 8 months to get a refund. I was ignored, lied to, and had to reach out to my senator in order to even get the billing department to start reviewing my account. I was promised call backs, immediate responses and that my refund check would be overnighted to me which did not happen. I have been given so many excuses that I cant even keep them straight. There is no law or board that a person in my position can appeal to so you are just at their mercy and their are no consequences for their actions

Took my first trip to the ER since I moved here 6 years ago. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Nobody and I mean nobody gives a crap about you. I was trying to get an appointment with Behavioral Health. You are not allowed to refer yourself to Behavioral health without a trip first to the emergency room for an evaluation. Remember this in an ER. Not a place where there are lots of psychiatrists running around. I'm sure this is a co-pay scam money grab of some sort created by the hospital since ER co-pays are normally much higher. 7 hours to accomplish nothing. And they lie. I was told at least 3 times during a 3 hour period that my treatment was delayed by a shift change. 3 shift changes in an a 3 hour time slot? That was just a flat out lie. Supposedly, they have inpatient and outpatient type programs. That's what I was there to find out. Any information along those lines was never provided to me. That never happened. Then they call my girlfriend and discuss my situation. My medical situation. I am 59 years old and we are not married. Are you kidding me? Have you idiots ever heard of HIPAA? Do you have my signature allowing you to release my PHI to anyone you choose to? No, you do not. I provided authorization to contact my primary care physician if necessary. You contacted and released information to someone you HAD NO AUTHORIZATION TO DO SO. Google it. You violated my federal rights by doing this. HIPAA is every clear about who you can and can't release PII to. And the basic attitude from these people is they do no care and nothing is their fault. You people seem to think that COVID changed all the rules surrounding HIPAA and patient privacy. It didn't. I have already contacted my attorney this morning and am moving forward. You'll also see this on social media before the day is over. BBB, ********** *********
