I think the employees act nice but are really good at scamming. I felt scammed when I left the place driving their new red Toyota Camry and having given them a $3000.00 personal check and then they asked me for more for some extra items and warrantees to the car. I did not understand exactly what my check was applied to concerning the actual cost of the and my monthly payments. When they tried to explain it to me they showed me that it really didn't apply to a deduction for the cost of the car or that it reduced my monthly payments at all. They did not respect my AARP senior citizen status nor my request that they apply my check to my monthly payments. They simply stated that my check allowed them to charge me the $329.36 monthly charge because the monthly payments really would have been more than $329.36.

The customer came in on 2/24 to look at a Camry she had see online and wanted to put $3,000 down. We reviewed numbers with her and she then went home. 3 days later the customer came in to purchase. ******* and *************************** explained if she puts less cash down the payments till go up. The $3,000 went towards the purchase of her car and she did not purchase any extended warranties or dealer add ons. Our general manager has emailed and called both numbers we have on file to review with the guest. We apologize for any concerns

I contacted this company regarding a vehicle listed on their website. I spoke to the salesman, received photos of the vehicle, and advised that I would purchase said vehicle. After speaking to ****, the sales associate, he wrote my credit card# down on a post-it note to hold the vehicle for me. Before he was able to run my card, I hear someone in the background raising a ****************** immediately said hed call me back. He called me back, sounded nervous, and said that his boss had someone else, who was local, coming to pick up the vehicle and that they were selling it to that person instead. Im from out of town looking to purchase since my vehicle was totaled (crazy market and inflated prices gotta find a deal). Come to find out the sales manager decided to give this vehicle to someone else instead, claiming it was already promised earlier and their was a note on the car. All complete BS because I had been sent photos of the vehicles at 4:00, spoke to the associate during this time, and saw the interior/exterior at that time. ****, the ** and his management team are absolutely terrible, they lied to me, and wasted hours of my time. Think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this agency, especially if you are looking from out of town. He needs to get into the 21st century and learn how to have his teams coordinate sales on a vehicle. The real truth is, I am from out of state, and he wanted to sell local because he will get the service contract. Buyer beware. Also, look at their baked in installed packages and accessories for $2k+ - thats how they lie about up-charging you over MSRP. I suggest doing business elsewhere, if anything, out of principal as to not deal with lying and crooked management staff. They will respond to this with something outlandish to save their rep that I cannot respond to, because reviews do not allow a response, but youve been warned. If nothing else see their terrible reviews in regards to their service center throughout the years.

We apologize that Mr ********************** did not have a 5 star experience in purchasing a Hybrid Rav4. We emailed Mr. ********************** at 3:45 pm with a full description of the car and finalizing from salesperson, *********************, expressing that this car was available. We followed up again at 5:53pm when **** was told by Mr ********************** he was talking the purchase over with his wife. In between the time Mr ********************** hesitated to reserve the car from 3:45 to 5:53pm or later, another deal was in progress. A customer who also inquired, put a deposit down on this vehicle before Mr. **********************. Every car we have is for sale until someone reserves the car with a deposit to hold. The facts are Mr. ********************** missed a deal because he hesitated to commit to this and someone else reserved it before he committed. We would love to help every customer but in this market inventory is really limited. If a customer finds a vehicle that fits their needs they need to secure it or be ok to possibly missing it due to another guest purchasing it. Our GM, *********************, has reached out to walk Mr ********************** through the same process during this sell. Again, we are sorry he missed the Rav4 but all cars are first come first serve.
