I placed my second order on Feb 18, 2022. The web page said allow 6-8 weeks for shipping. By April 16 I had not received my order, I sent two emails to the contact info on the website. No response. I had to contact PayPal and they got my money back . Shame on you Claudia and I really enjoyed your coffee. You could’ve at least responded to my emails . ** ********Review from Kathleen K

I ordered coffee in November 2021 and still haven't received it in April 2022. After multiple attempts to contact them and promises to ship my order, still nothing. They were quite efficient charging my credit card. Beware if you order from them! And if Queen Bean reads this, please fulfill your orders or at least respond to people. Give a little courtesy to people who gave you a chance.Review from Nancy S

In September of 2021 I placed an order. It wasn’t a big order, just enough for me to try their ice coffee. By October I still had not received my order. I emailed Ms. S****** and never received an answer. She did take my money but no merchandise. I have tried to contact her by phone, email, etc. but no response on anything I tried. It is now April of 2022 and I tried calling and messaging several times each month, still nothing. To me this is stealing from the hand that feeds you. I hope she can sleep well at night knowing all her customers are not happy. My order was somewhere around 10.00 but on SS every penny should be well spent.
