    I ordered from this business may 3rd 2021 and paid for fast shipping and still haven't received anything. I've contacted them countless times since and I have not received any information. I paid in total $31.90 $24.95 for the product and $6.95 for expedited shipping and nothing. I've been emailing them since and I still don't know what happened. I saw alot of great reviews but I think they were fake because I've recently talked to others who are going through what j went through. Very disappointed.

    I never received the item that I purchased and now the business email is shut down. They stopped responding to emails prior, refused to give me a refund or to ship my order.

    I ordered 2 canvases for Mothers Day and received an email confirmation of the order that said they will let me know when they're shipped and then nothing else. I sent numerous emails with no response and they charged my card for $21.04 and I never received anything.

    I ordered 2 mothers day canvases April of 2021 for my mom and myself. Got confirmation text and emails as well as an order and confirmation number. Got charged $22.93. Received emails about my product being born and that they were really behind due to covid 19. Have gotten other emails offering products and discounts. Their site is gone and no way to get ahold of them. They got the money and I still haven't gotten my canvases. I want a refund to my card and don't want others to get scammed.

    I ordered a Mother's Day gift on April 22, 2021. I still haven't received it. I received one email from Canvas Zone on May 10, 2021 basically saying that they were backed up because they received a lot of orders but that the last time I received an email from them. I was charged for a gift that I never received.

    I ordered a canvas print for my mother for Mother's Day on May 5, 2021, which would've been from her grandchildren. I only received one email from them after the order, which I will attempt to attach if I'm able, stating, "Thank you for our purchase and that Order #***** in the amount of $23.94 was confirmed." That was the one and only email that I received from them. It included my shipping and billing address, so I knew they had the correct information. I had not received the status of the order, so I sent another email on June 4, 2021 requesting the status of my order, which was, of course, not answered. I had pretty much given up that I would ever receive my product or money, but I sent a final message on October 21, 2021 giving them a chance to do the right thing and immediately received an email stating that the address support@canvaszone.com was not found or deliverable. At this point, all I want back is my refund and if possible, my item that I paid originally wanted for my mother. I think it is disgusting that "companies", if you want to call them that do this to people. Any help you could provide me would be very much appreciated. I will attempt to upload what information I can if I am able to figure out how to do it. Please inform me if you need any additional information from me. Thank you!

    Made an order for Mother’s Day, received an email 4/14/21 stated that my ordered was received. Received an email 5/1/21 stated that my order had been fully crafted & preparing for shipping. Hadn’t received my order by 5/25/21 so I sent an email only to receive a bogus response. Emailed them again 6/08/21 & 6/30/21 and have not received an respond!
