We purchased an SUV July 2024. They offered an extended warranty. We told them we did not want it but was told we had to take it before the finance company would do the financing. We agreed to take the extended warranty. We were looking over the paperwork about 2 weeks later and seen where the warranty was not needed to get financing. We called the finance company and they said we did not have to take it and they were sorry for the finance manager telling us that. Called him and told him we wanted to cancel it. Said we had to fill out a form which we had already done. Took it to him and they are suppose to cancel it. This finance manager (*****) will lie to you. We were also told that we were only approved for 1 car on the entire lot. There was some that was cheaper. They are a dishonest company. Don't believe anything they tell you. Check it out before you sign anything.Review from Brandon V

As a new *********** Technician . Bunch of promising at new facility and never delivered. Service debt. ********************* tells new hire- were like family here. Big red flag! Job at a workplace is never family. Family is known to take advantage of family. Shop ******* and 2 un-trained technicians are a hangout gang with service manager. New hire is black sheep to this family. As master technician experiencing horseplay in shop. Technicians that live under parents roof goofing off all day. Teasing each other. Electric tasering each-other in shop. Not enough work volume to keep all technicians busy. Only few technicians get taken care of. **** of people here dont welcome you. Do not make you comfortable. Shop ******* is no help. Constantly whining about everything, small group gossiping with service manger including. You will always be an outsider! Small group making up things on you. Horrible employer. The ** does side bonuses where you get to spin a wheel or row dice! Be prepared you will be taxed and when you do sell a bonus vehicle you have to wait for days to get the money! Also when you receive the money it will be taken out of your check when you leave the job! Also when working here be prepared when your working a deal to have multiple people in the sales office and the *** likes to belittle you in front of people to stroke his ego! The Gm does not pay for leads so be prepared to do your own marketing as you should in sales but there is no traffic! Also when you present numbers be prepared to do the finance managers job! Your showing warranty and gap! Also make sure to kiss the *** a** so you can get handouts on sales!

This is an terminated employee for excessive absences The bonuses were above and beyond the pay plan and were actually only supposed to be paid if a minimum amount of sales were achieved which the employee didnt achieve if you counted the almost 3 month they were employed. The cash spiff we do from time to is paid in cash and is taxed correctly though payroll. Unfortunately this employee after numerous attempts couldnt understand the process. When they became to voice vulgarities which began via email in the middle of the night through the next day I cut off all communication and instructed my employees to do the same. Automotive sales can be tough and some can cut it and some cant especially if you dont come to work.
