    I purchased a new truck tire on 7/29/22 from Ticoan online. It is now 8/31/22 and I’ve yet to receive my new truck tire. They sent me some bogus tracking number but I can’t track the tire using the info they sent me. I have reached out to them in an email on the link they provide on their website. No response from them and that was over a week and a half ago. I called the number on their website and it is no longer a working number. So I’m closing, I would just like to know how to go about getting my money back or how I can track these people down. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, **** ********

    I purchased a beach cart from Ticoan on July 16th and I was told the shipping would be 10-20 days. After a week, I still had not received any tracking information. I reached on July 25th to gather the info and what I was sent back was a tracking number with no status. I waited and waited and finally on 08/08/2022, the status updated to prepared label. Then it updated to Parcel left from China. Nowhere past two updates have been “out of stock US” and “received at sorting center US”. I haven recently contacted to company but nothing has been resolved. My last tracking update was 08/09/22 saying it’s in the US but no idea where. All I wanted from this company now is my money back and I can move along. No one has responded.

    Date of purchase was July 8th 2022. Paid $83.29. I was supposed to get a dump cart for lawnmower from **** Steel Industries a 3460 pro steel dump cart rated to haul 1500 pounds 20 cubic feet. Dispute is they scammed me for my money. The business has only tried to get a hold of me to send me a text of a fake UPS message that they don't have my address so they wanted my card number so I called my post office and they said it was a scam because they do not send text messages so I should delete the message right away. The order ID number is *****. And the tracking number is ************ **.
