I would give zero stars if I could. Would not do business with. I had water damage due to a faulty washing machine. The removal crew was good however the team who I dealt with to get my floors back was the worst experience I've ever had. It took months to get new floors down after having to follow up with the project manager multiple times to see what was going on. Then after finally getting floors down I was billed for work that was never done.

First, I would like to apologize for the time it took to complete the repairs in your home. While these delays were related to shipping of goods, delivery from vendors, and availability of subcontractors in your area, of which was out of our control, I know it was frustrating for you. Regarding the amount we billed you, this estimate was reviewed and accepted by your insurance company. After the many deductions we took off to try and satisfy you, we were unable to take any more off including the "inconvenience fee" you requested. The work completed was verified by several other parties. If you need reaffirmation of the charges in addition to the verbal conversation you had with our office agreeing to and paying the new reduced total, the company will gladly provide you the documentation again. I am sorry we were unable to provide you with the stellar customer service we strive for.
