I believe this company has unethical property manager, because of a disagreement while living at the residence, now they won't renew our lease.

The homeowner has chosen not to renew the tenant's lease, which is within their rights as a homeowner. However, they came to this decision after you brought a faulty dryer into the property, which almost started a fire and did short out a portion of the electrical system, then refused to remove the dryer, delaying the necessary repair.

I have recently have had a bad experience on my move out process with RE/MAX Elite Realty Group. When I first moved into the property, the property had several problems and these problems were noted on the move in date and were given to RE/MAX Elite Realty Group for their records. The first problem was the carpet, as it was filthy and stained due to the prior renter having pets and fail to clean it when they moved out. Non the less, I rented a professional cleaner vacuum and cleaned the carpet myself. Additionally, the property also had a bug problem. Again, I took it upon myself to resolve the issue, after house hold products failed to the job, I contracted ****** to take care of the bug problem.
Through out my stay in the property I have kept RE/MAX Elite Realty Group aware of any other issues that popped up and they sometimes fixed the problems. The ones that weren't fixed were due the owner of the property rejecting the fixes. I always payed my rent on time, cleaned the yard and kept the property clean and presentable.
On move out day, I followed the protocol to have the carpet professionally cleaned by ***************. In which I was there to witness everything and once they *************** left the bedrooms , hallway and walk in closets were spotless and I felt confident about the cleanliness that I turned in the keys to RE/MAX Elite Realty Group with the cleaning receipt. The inspector was supposed to do move out inspection the following day. However, the inspector kept pushing back the inspection because "situations" kept showing up. The day before the inspection took place, the owner of the property was at the property and was working on the property, but RE/MAX Elite Realty Group neglected to share that info, luckily I have witnesses.
On the day of the inspection, the inspector complained that there was a piece of cheerio, stain and a dead bug on the property and failed the inspection. Do you feel you can trust a company like that ?

We appreciate the feedback, here is a breakdown of the move out experience on our end. We have 7 days to complete the move out inspection. When they called Friday, February 25th, we told them we would let them know on Monday if they are good to turn the utilities off. When I went to the property on Monday, February 28th the utilities were already off so a proper inspection couldn't be completed. At no point were they told they had failed the inspection, as the full inspection couldn't even be conducted. They were told there were areas that need touched up as there was urine and hair on the bases and hinge area of the toilets and crumbs and bugs in a few kitchen drawers. We offered to let them touch these areas up themselves if they were still local, and if not we can send someone to touch them up. As for the carpets, they were told the carpets weren't dirty by any means, but that there was a cheerio on the floor. We stated that if no one was in the house after the carpet cleaner, they should call the cleaner to verify a room didn't get missed as there wouldn't be anything on the floor after a carpet cleaning is completed. At the time of asking about the carpet, at this point we were not aware the homeowner had been to the property over the weekend. As for repairs and condition of the home, we have receipts from the previous tenants verifying professional carpet cleaning as well as a professional clean of the home, as well as photos. The issues reported in this complaint were never reported to RE/MAX. We keep copies of all work orders placed by tenants, never was there work order for bugs or complaints of the carpet. The move in inspection form is intended to compare pre-existing damages/normal wear and tear to the move out inspection. We let tenants know that any items placed on the inspection sheet will not be addressed unless a work order is placed, it is simply for comparison.
