            I contracted services with Auto Envy Chrome and Powder Coating LLC SosId ******* ******************* to paint all chrome and high gloss molding including grill with black satin paint. Ceramic coat entire vehicle, paint calipers and do powder coating in black on 4 wheels. I specifically remarked multiple times the most important thing to me is the paint finish match. My original plan was to have Auto Envy paint the grill and the wheels. I was having the chrome delete wrap and ceramic coat performed elsewhere. **** from Auto Envy called me and said he could do everything in matte and the paint would last much longer than a chrome delete wrap. This was to take about a week. I dropped my car off 3/18/2024 I got my car back 4/15/2024. The text and verbal communication was one week to complete. During the process they damage the chrome on my car because their paint shattered. I gave them the opportunity to correct it by cleaning all the chrome and then doing a chrome delete wrap. Instead of correcting they did much more damage to my car. The repairs are over 22k from ******** estimate and their choice of wrap company. Broken reverse light, Broken side light, Gouches in white matte paint that were covered with touch up to hide from me on driver side door and rear bumper. Damaged molding needs replaced. Peeling, rippling, bubbling of the chrome delete, black paint left on vehicle, cuts in 2 back windows need replaced, sensor issue extent of damage unknown until bumper is removed. Improper bubbling peeling wrap needs removed. It is believed all or most the chrome underneath is damage and can not be rewrapped. So the chrome needs replaced this is coming from the company that Auto Envy sent us to for repairs. they said all chrome needs replaced before they will touch the car. Another wrap company said the same thing. My car has damage from them sanding the egular matte finish paint on my car. They refuse to do anything to rectify the situation. I have videos as well.
