Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I was scheduled for a confirmed appointment for a quote. Go flooring called me 2 days prior to my appointment. The day of my appointment it is 15 minutes later after my scheduled appointment. I waited another 5 minutes then called them and asked to speak to the manager. I asked had told him that no one has been to my home nor reached out to me for my scheduled appointment for today. His reply was that the person is out sick with the flu. Like why didnt no one call, text, send an email????!!!!! Then he asked if I wanted to reschedule??!!! Very unprofessional/ BAD communication!Go Flooring, LLC Response

We apologize that we weren't able to make it to your appointment as scheduled. We further apologize that we didn't timely communicate to you that our planned representative wasn't able to make it due to illness. As soon as we identified that he wasn't going to be able to make it, we tried to find an alternative representative that would be able to meet with you. Unfortunately, we were unable to get this done and we didn't get you notified timely. We pride ourselves on being professional and doing everything that we can to accommodate our customers. We would still love the opportunity to meet with you if you'd be willing to set a new appointment.Review from MICHELE B

Worst experience I've had with home renovation EVER! The sales representative that showed up to our house was good. We thought we were getting a close (not perfect) match to existing flooring. 1. We were told by the sales **** it was a family owned business and it was made to sound like a father/son small business. 2. Prior to the install, I asked for pictures of the sample for peace of mind. That idea was rejected. I was told the flooring would be shown the day of install. I was not comfortable with that and expressed that. Still no picture given.3. Day of installation: I am a disabled veteran of the ****. I have health issues that cause me to not sleep well. I was tired and my husband decided not to wake me when the installers (3rd party hire) arrived. He thought it was the correct flooring. I woke to all of the noise and opened my door to find it blocked by the furniture they moved in front of it. I could see a little and immediately did not think it was the right flooring. 4. We halted the install verbally by speaking to the "Highest Person Involved (HPI)." He told us that since my husband said it was ok, they proceeded and it could not be changed. I persisted in the conversation trying to get the situation righted. This ***** became rude and condescending. I hung up refusing to listen to his rudeness any longer. He called back and pretended to be the other **** we spoke to and slipped up by saying something that outed him as the ***** and we asked who we were speaking to again because the call turned rude again. He then identified himself as ***** and began telling us there was no resolution to the issue. 5. They left dust covering on furniture, TV and other items because no prep work was done to protect our things.6. One last thing: To be transparent, I did get very upset at the end of the last call and used language I should not have. I regret that.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, HPI LIED, CONDESCENDING, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.Review from Doreen O

WORST experience ever with a home upgrade! Sales *** was clear and sold a great product. BUT, Installers did not communicate well (language barrier!), arrived unp***ared to do the expected job, and started 1.5 hours after arrival due to inability to readily determine what to do about an issue that was on the order. When I asked them do just the one room (kitchen) without the issue in question (living room), they called their supervisor and then proceeded to tear up/demolish all my flooring, kitchen (linoleum) and living room (decent carpet). Kitchen plywood subflooring was torn out when I was told/sold new flooring would be placed over the old; this caused 1/4 inch gap under all door frames. A significant amount of sanding was done (living room issue) when I was told concrete leveling would easily fix the issue. No plastic sheeting was put up to minimize sawdust to my entire home! Caulking was dirty along new white quarter rounds. Incorrect quarter rounds were placed under cabinets (matched flooring, not cabinets per order). Dropped wood shards, staples and nails down my floor vents. Hollow spots were found in corners and flooring is uneven. My home was left a mess and they were there 9.5 hours (left at 9 pm for a relatively straightforward job). When another crew came back (1 week later) to fix problems, they didnt have product so had to go purchase same, but used stain I had that did NOT match cabinets. Very unprofessional, unskilled, unable to communicate due to language barrier, created and left a mess, broke a light along my driveway without telling me, etc. no final walkthrough (I was too exhausted and a bit unhappy). I would NEVER recommend this company! And, they asked for 100% if the money upfront!Go Flooring, LLC Response

We complete a QA call for every customer. We attempted to contact this Customer, but they were difficult to reach on the phone. We are surprised that this Customer had such a negative experience and did not let us know directly. We have reached out to this Customer and offered to provide them with a payment to cover a professional cleaning service. They have accepted this help.Review from Elizabeth W

My Go-Flooring experience was great! We redid our entire first floor and stairs. Our salesman was prompt, knowledge and not pushy at all. We decided to install and the job was scheduled soon afterwards. The installers contacted me when enroute, arrived on-time, and were polite and professional. They tore out 4 different types of flooring and replaced it with one beautiful vinyl plank. I love it. They cleaned up afterwards and were done in a day! Only negative, I expected a personal walkthrough from the ***************** project manager as is stated on the contract but only received a phone call. The lead installer did the walkthrough. I guess he was also the ** Project manager.Review from Debra T

The floors came out good, not great; but, the installation and communication were horrible. The installers would say one thing, the salesperson something else, and the project manager had a story all his own.A positive point is that the installers brought my attention to a building error that needed to be taken care of before properly laying the floors.At one point we were told that we'd have to leave our home and stay somewhere else. No worries, I would not and did not leave my home. Besides no one offered to pay for the lodging that would include my 100lb Rottweiler. When complaining, I was put in touch with their resolution specialist. She was LESS THAN helpful and failed to stay in contact when she stated that she would, going several hours and overnight without returned communication.The company manager hid behind another in his office when I called to speak with him. The "go-between" spoke with me so that the main guy understood what was being said. Finally, I asked if he was there, which he was, and we all spoke. This was SO VERY CHILDISH on every level.Also, I am accustomed to the project manager coming in to inspect the final work. This did not happen. Instead, I was reached via phone call.When paying for this type of home improvement, I EXPECT all to happen correctly and professionally. Far too often they put their tools on my furniture and fireplace area (freshly painted).Go Flooring did NOT clean afterward as so stated by the sales rep and contract. I did not expect flawless cleaning, but I did expect something.We recently reached out to the project manager regarding unfinished areas. The skirting board is lacking in many areas. When this was initially brought to their attention, the ** stated he would look into this and call us back. He did not. Instead, we continued to call and he acknowledged that it was unfinished. He eventually changed his stance and denied any further work being needed.I do NOT recommend this company.Review from Janice F

I would like everyone to know my total experience with this company has been a 10 star if I could give them that!!The consultation was very warm and friendly, and I do believe very competitive prices! I signed my contract that day and was called that evening. My flooring was installed today.!! Install team was awesome! They moved my furniture took out the carpet did the job and cleaned the floor. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quick, beautiful job.!! Thank you, Go Flooring!
