Started out having some issues with a unit since they made a mistake and swapped the wrong one. ***, (The owner) not only made it right - he comped out the other unit completely. He's also comped out some service. (Don't expect this). I'm in the home remodeling industry and I will refer everyone to *** as he's earned it. Thank you for what you've done for us. I know a lot of people don't publicly say nice things or THANK YOU. We will make it up to you with referrals.Review from Dean F

All Year cooling truly does specialize in existing homes! They addressed and solved all the issues I was having with my 76 year old home. It’s only been about a month since they changed out and installed a HVAC/Heat Pump & 92% gas furnace & a mini-split HVAC/Heat Pump. They removed and replaced all duct work, redirected the supplies and returns. The difference was immediate! I’ve been comfortable this past month, I am looking forward to seeing how well the a/c does. I’m still waiting to see how my utilitiy bills responds to this change over. Josh, Logan, Steven, William, Tim and Jason were just great! Donna and Lilly in the office, wonderful! Let’s not forget Lynn either! It was a 5 day job. I was never without heat. They have been back out and very helpful explaining how to use the system, and some fine tuning on the little details. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They always answered my questions and explained what was happening. I can’t recommend All Year Cooling enough, especially if you have an existing older home that is having cooling and heating issues. Believe me when I say they know what they are doing, I have been asking questions and researching for years about my situation. When Josh came in, looked around, asked some questions, and told me what needed to be done. He recommended everything I had heard, read or looked up prior over the years. I’m glad I finally “pulled the trigger” and with All Year Cooling and Hearing! My friend and neighbor is changing her system out with them now! Thank you All Year Cooling & Heating!!
