On April the 28th I took my purebred dogs/Kids to Riverbank Animal Hospital, PA Veterinarian where they serve my Kids use Poor Judgment and Malpractice My Kids was bad off sick They last one of my kids for Parvo The last came back That they didnt have Parvo They both Had the same similar of throwing up blood and loose stools and blood in they stools and They was so weak ????? They gave my pup 3mm of fluid and my son 5mm of Fluid Thats all they gave them was under 1 minute of fluid Nt one time they check they Weight didnt run no more Testing on them to try to find out what going on with my kids They sent me and my kids home with medicine with no Weight check on top of that they had on they paperwork for my son Weight (0) they had)2.06) for Daughter that a new born size weight!! She 7 months old And sent her home with 4 different med!! when I got to the house my 7 months old Daughter died the next day I called back up there to see about that poor judgment and to get more help to save my other baby????? I had to call like 50 times b4 someone picked up when they picked up I was letting them know about the passing of the 7 month old pup and seeing about saving the next one Front desk was very disrespectful in person and over the phone Staff at the desk was hung up the next night my son died I Talked to both of the manager one on Saturday about the poor judgment for Friday then talk to The Top manager on Monday about the POOR JUDGEMENT AND MALPRACTICE They both So Disrespectful with ** care They got to be husband and wife had N class behind Them ********************* Office Manager knew I was recording the phone call he still showed ** concern for me and my kids I tried to report the front desk staff to him about how his staff was so Disrespectful
