    We stayed at "Outer Banks Blu res#252693, property #1947052 July 8-15th (SSV7-**** *****s)" and was very much disappointed with the cleanliness in the home. It wasn't vacuumed or swept, bundles of dog hair and food all over, some sort of medication (white pill) on the floor (which my 2 yr old granddaughter was about to eat), sand in the drawers and extremely dusty everywhere. The ground level ice-maker was moldy, pool filter not working, lights in and around the pool not working. The air conditioner was not working properly. Maintenance finally came on Wednesday to change the filter. We did notify you as housekeeping came out and even they said the house was unacceptable. For the rate we paid, we feel we should get some sort of compensation back to us.

    I wish I could provide "0" stars. I'm renting houses every year for family vacation and have never experienced such BAD customer service in my life for a beach rental. Upon arrival, the house wasn't cleaned, ants, no gas grill as promised (grill was delivered 4 days later). Paid thousands for the place and to top it off, Outer Banks Blue acted like it was no big deal! One of the reasons we chose this house was for proximity to the beach and it was "pet-friendly". Plumbing wasn't working and water was stuck in every sink and two tubs in the bathrooms. We spent the first couple hours cleaning ourselves and fixing plumbing issues. The manager was very nasty over the phone (his name is Gary or Gerry). We asked for some refund, no refund of any kind provided, only what management says is "service" and for what I really have no idea. Lousy service, yes. I will NEVER EVER use this company again, nor recommend it to anyone. TERRIBLE!!!

    We are sorry Ms. ***** did not enjoy her stay at ****** from It All from August 13-20. Ms. ***** does not understand the difference between service; the action of helping or doing work v. refund; a repayment of a sum of money. Here at Outer Banks Blue Realty SERVICES we provide service before refunds. Ms. ***** did not report the property was not cleaned until the end of her stay, then wanted a refund. Blue has cleaning crews that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that would have been able to address any issues with the cleanliness of the property she reported. However, she did not report in and therefore did not receive the service we provide, that she is complaining about not getting. The website clearly shows a charcoal grill. Which was there when she arrived. She then requested a gas grill, which we provided her free of charge. The thanks we get for going over and above is a negative review. It is not uncommon for drains to run slowly in a vacation rental property. We are sorry she came into that, however if reported it would have been fixed in a commercially reasonable timeframe.

    We respectfully request that the **** ***** ***** remove this review from their website. It is an attempt to extort money back after the fact by leaving a negative review. We went above and beyond for this customer. They made it through the entire vacation with no angst and after the fact seek a refund. They are trying to abuse the power of the ***** **** ****** for personal gain.

    If I could provide "0" stars I would. . . .

    Where to start? I'm a licensed realtor and have never experienced such LOUSY customer service in my life for a beach rental. Upon arrival, the house had trash, full bins, wasn't cleaned, ants, nothing even close to ready for us to start our vacation week. Paid thousands for the place and to top it off, Outer Banks Blue acted like it was no big deal! One of the reasons we chose this house was for proximity to the beach and it was "pet-free". Pet free it was not. Dark dog hairs EVERYWHERE. Carpet in bedrooms, on beds, in sinks, tubs, it was disgusting. We spent the first couple hours cleaning ourselves. Part of our group left 4 days early due to conditions.

    No refund of any kind provided, only what management says is "service" and for what I really have no idea. Lousy service, yes. I will NEVER EVER use this company again, nor recommend it to anyone going to OBX to vacation. TERRIBLE.

    We at Outer Banks Blue Realty Services are truly sorry Ms. ****** was not happy with our customer service. Ms. ****** did arrive to an unclean property. However, she also arrived before the 6pm check-in deadline.
    Regarding the dog hair. A guest cannot bring a pet into a non-pet home. However, service and support animals are not legally classified as pets. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that an animal has never been in the property. If Ms. ****** had made us aware we could have had action taken.

    All issues that were reported were addressed in a commercially reasonable time frame. I am sorry for her dissatisfaction; however, she makes no real accusation other than she will not use Outer Banks Blue again because we addressed the issues, that were reported, instead of giving her a refund. That is how a reputable company does business.

    For this reason, we ask that the ***remove and dismiss this baseless review.

    House doesn't look like advertised, house was dirty and smells bad (like 1989 house), the water in the jacuzzi was dirty, House was infected with crokroachs, grill was smelly and rusty. Pool was disgusting. We reported it to them and first thing manager said You choose to rent this house! REALLY! Save yourself a bad vacation and do NOT use this outer banks property management, they don't give a F... about customer service.

    Outer Banks Blue Realty Service's property ****** ************* was rented to Jessica ***** from 04/11/XXXX - XX/16/2022. Based on having the same last name and some of the complaints, Blue is going to work under the idea that Marlon ***** is of relation to the aforementioned lease holder.

    After reviewing text messages, emails, and notes of phone conversations this is the first mention of the supposed smell or unclean condition Marlon ***** is referring to in the complaint. Blue Realty Services takes great pride in providing internal cleaning services. If such a complaint had been re-laid to Blue, then we would have gladly addressed it with service.
    The hot tub was reported and addressed in a timely manner.

    The supposed cockroach infestation was taken very seriously. A pest control company was dispatched, and the guest refused to let them in the property. One bug was shown to Entomologists. The Entomologists confirmed it was a Palmetto Bug, not a German Cockroach. This is a non-disease caring and non-infesting insect.

    The grill was usable, old but useable. None the less, to appease this guest, the grill was replaced.
    Each issue, that Blue was made aware of, was addressed by Blue in a commercially reasonable way and time frame. However, regardless the **family persists in seeking an undue refund.

    It is our prayer that the *** **smiss this complaint accordingly.

    The worst company ever, I have gone to the Outer Banks for 30+ years and this is the most condescending company that I've ever dealt with. When you pull back your sheets and have human feces on it and you tell them and they tell you to bad you've been there three days you need to wash your own sheets well guess what
    We had never been in that bed there were only three of us and my daughter went to that bed with the human ***** in it only after every other bed was most uncomfortable that she tried that bad. They were absolutely most condescending place I have ever dealt with literally if you want to waste your time waste your time with this company they suck literally they do not care about you they care about them only!
    The housekeeping did try to call me and tell me that they would make it right the next day after the person I was texting told me to bad wash your own sheets they did not want to hear my story and what I had to say about how uncomfortable the other beds were so that we had to go to the other beds to take a nap for my child when you pull back your seats and you see human ***** in another persons hair that's disgusting this company should have bent over backwards for me that day. The next day I did decline services from housekeeping because I just put my child in another bed and told housekeeping I don't want to be inconvenienced on my vacation. Also the day that I checked out there were eight granddaddy long legs in one bathroom alone. There were leaves all over the deck area and it was a random carpet and some random chair worst company ever do not use
