***** notes version Owner is an a****** who only cares about money not his customers.I got my screen ************************ about a week ago and it somehow developed a minor crack two days later. I didnt drop it, squeeze it or do anything that would normally cause a crack. I read the warranty and it said it doesnt cover physical damage. Since it was literally two days later I figured there was good chance that theyd fix it out of good faith. I called and asked about it and was told I could get a measly $10 off a whole new repair($215 after tax). I went today in person to ask again. The owner rudely told me the same thing.I politely walked away and waited for customers to show up so I could explain to them that they should use a different location because the owner of this one is just an a** Some customers did come by and I waited for them to leave the store to talk to them(you pay after).The owner followed me out there and asked if I had a problem with him, obviously I did. He proceeded to argue with me in front of the customers and capped of the conversation by telling me hed call the police(again I was outside) and said Ill make sure to leave daddy (my dads name) some bad reviews. Thats a quote not paraphrased. My dad owns his own small business in ********* and I guess he had looked up my name and was using that to threaten me.The police did show up and were very understanding and respectful. They understood that the owner was just being a jerk but they did have to give me a notice of trespass, as they should have and I figured they would. I talked to them about where I was allowed to be and the owner was hearing this. He said hed call the property manager and have her trespass me from the whole strip mall.Well see how it plays out but the point of this is just to say if you are considering doing business with this guy just dont. If you want to use CPR there are two other franchises very close(the Arboretum and Indian Trail locations).

As he states his phone had physical damage with a crack almost dead center in the display, and the warranty does not cover physical damage. If there were a function issue with no physical damage we would have immediately replaced it at no charge. After being explained that he continued to linger in the store saying he was waiting for a ride from his mother. He then followed the next customers out the door and harassed them at our store front. He refused to leave and the police were called. He was given a warning for trespass and if he comes back to the business he will be charged.
