I am rejecting this response because:

I'M REQUESTING PAPERWORK TO SHOW THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT WITH THE INTEREST TERMS ON IT.

I'M ALSO REQUESTING THE AUCTON PAPERWORK THAT WAS SENT TO ME BEFORE THE CAR WAS SOLD.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE PAPERWORK SHOWING THE CAR SOLD FOR $6,400. I  WAS NOT THERE NOR WAS I GIVEN THE CHANCE TO BE THERE SO AT THIS TIME ANYTHING AUTO FINANCE CENTER SAY AT THIS POINT COULD BE FALSE.

I am seeking the contract that was signed by me stating the interest charges. To my knowledge i was suppose to receive the correct notices letting me know that the car was being auctioned off. That notice was not sent nor did i receive it, so how can there be interest on something i knew nothing about? So there was 2 years of interest adding up that i was unaware about? How can interest occur on a charged off/ collection account? Even on the payment history i proved no interest was on there. 03-29-2022 CURRENT BALANCE WAS *******. So when does the interest start to occur? This company is a scam and they are trying to make it look like i had a repossession by not making my payment when in reality i made my payments until January, and once i couldn't do it i called which is considered a VOLUNTARY REPOSSESSION. The reason i defaulted on payments was do to losing my job.

I called on February 11, 2022 to have the car picked up. The car sold on February 15, 2022. Thats 4 days later how could i have received a notice of sell or even where the auction occurred? If this information was sent then the company should have it on file to show me, because again i never received or heard anything from Auto Finance Center after February 11, 2022.

We sold this loan to a finance company shortly after the sale of the vehicle. Unfortunately we are unable to help with most of your requests. We did call the finance company and they agreed to a $1500 settlement. Please feel free to reach out to the company you made your payments to for your loan.

I am rejecting this response because: How can you sell the loan than try to collect? So your reporting accurate information on my consumer report. The debt shouldve never been sold cause I was unaware of even owing anything. At this time Im requesting this account to be removed from my credit report. I have requested debt validation and have been told you dont have it.

Please reach out to *************. We have nothing to do with collections, credit reporting or anything else to do with a loan once it is sold. Which was the case before you made your 1st payment. Sorry for the inconvenience and we hope you can get this resolved with them.

I am rejecting this response because:
You are the one responsible. Youre the reporting company on my credit report. ************* told me to contact you so now were playing the back and forward game. Delete this inaccurate information if it cant be verified.

Car was purchased by using a down payment of ***** dollars , June *****th ,I was told that I would be making monthly payments by the sales agent at the *********************** location ,when the first payment was due I was sent a repossession letter and called in regards to it and they told me to not pay any attention to that and auto drafted the payment out of my account ,a week or so later my car was picked up and nobody could tell me why , they refused to help me over the phone or in the store ,they claim that they never received any payments from me and that I was supposed to be making bi-weekly payments of a higher price then what was disclosed, the payment I made after a month does show In my bank statements and they disregard that ,they called the police on me and refused to help me

I've attached a screenshot of the contract Keion signed. It clearly and conspicuously states his payments of $221.13 are due biweekly. This was explained at the time of sale. We spoke with ****************** about this and the importance of him making his payments based on the contract he signed multiple times. After the initial down payment no other payments were made. Unfortunately we will be unable to come to a resolution that will satisfy ****************** in this matter.

I was buying a car there on 4/12/24, they were requiring a down payment of 5k but i asked them to clean my car before I get it and since it was around 9pm I paid on that date $1,500 to reserve the car, on 4/13/24 I went to pay the remaining ***** after 6pm and have my car, after I paid they told me they were fixing my car and to go next day 4/14/24 around 12:00 or 1:00 (they didnt told me the car had any issues before), on 4/14/24 they did not tell me anything until I texted them at 1:25pm and their response was we will call you when its ready it was already 5:00 pm and no response so I texted the and they called me saying the car was gonna be ready on Tuesday, and offering me another car, at this point i did not wanted to make business with them, I went to the place on Monday 4/15/24 requesting my money back and the manager *** said he will contact the finance center to see if they would approve them giving me my money back, so I went home and called the finance center and they told me since I havent signed the car documents or had the car yet, the dealership is the one responsible for my money, and on Tuesday 4/16/24 one of the dealership agents called **** told me the finance center did not approved the giving me my money back, and when I told him what the finance center told me he said sorry, the money is not refundable.I have videos of all the calls and All the conversations as prove.

This complaint was resolved with the customer. We did offer to give the down payment back or she could take delivery of the vehicle. She decided that she wanted the vehicle and seems to be happy with her purchase. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to let us know. Thanks!

I am rejecting this response because: they never offered any help, a refund was never an option on their part even though I asked for it many times, the only options given to me was choosing another car, their other cars are terrible and in bad condition, at the time I went they told me they fixed the car I initially wanted and I took it but the car has issues with the sensors, it had almost made me crash at the highway because it things Im departing the lines when I am not and kicks me off the lines, I have to be strongly holding the steering wheel not to crash, I dont even think the vehicle has passed the security inspection because it has no sticker.
