On 11/2/22, a man & woman inspected my attic. After the woman told me I have squirrels & mice. She gave an estimate of $1000 to place galvanized metal on my soffits. She said they would add on mice treatment (setting traps) for free for a year. I agreed and they begin working. Afterwards she said a one way tunnel (a rolled up makeshift piece of metal) was left under my shingles for the squirrels to exit and that they would then return to remove it & seal that area after a few days. I then asked if there was a prevention measure that could be taken, such as a repellent, she said "No if she had something that worked, she wouldn't still be doing this, & would be a millionaire". I signed the contract, to which I questioned at the time of signing because it had various services marked that I didn't receive and she assured me that her notes would describe what work was performed and to disregard it. I paid in full & they left. I then received a text on 11/8/22 to follow up and I stated I still heard noises. They said to give it a few more days. Over the next few weeks I continued to tell them I still heard noises. For only a short period I didn't hear it. On 11/27/22 I texted that I am hearing it again & got no response. On 12/23/22 (nearly 2 months after their initial visit) I asked about the tunnel being removed & sealing that area, they said after the holidays they would come to remove it. I requested photos of their work as I never received any. They haven't sent me any & made excuses. They also didn't include sanitation of attic, which I learned should be included after wildlife removal. I got 2 other wildlife companies to do an inspection and both stated there is no evidence that I ever had squirrels (chew marks, entry points, squirrel insulation trails, droppings, urine etc), only evidence of mice & stated the work Buzz Away did is ineffective and wouldn't do what it's meant to. They also located areas that were missed completely that should have metal installed.

They should have both my email and property address in their records under my name.

8/26/22 I hired Buzz Away Wildlife to remove bats, seal vents and clean all bat droppings in and around the house. As well as get rid of mice and mice droppings in and around the home and garage. My son sleeps in the room directly beneath where the bats and their droppings were located. I was concerned as he has had respiratory issues and we are looking to sell our home and I do not want this to be an issue for the next owners either. I paid $735.00 for services that were not performed correctly or at all. They were to provide an itemized invoice the day of payment. 8/26/22. After several requests I finally received it 9/16/22. They were to automatically come out within 5 days to make sure bats were removed, seal vents and clean. They never came and I had to call to get someone back out there who told me that the vents were not accessible and could not be cleaned. As well as other misinformation. After my son kept getting sick I had another company come out for another opinion and my RE agent had an inspector notify that no droppings had be cleaned, the vent was not sealed properly and there were still bats. There was also live bait left in my attic and garage for mice and no one came to remove the dead ones. I spent weeks trying to get them to come back out and scheduled several appointments that they made it difficult to schedule or kept changing. On Monday, 10/16/22 I was told in a text that they would be there with WNC and DNR on Wednesday, 10/18/22 at 12:30 SHARP. Their words. That is today. I texted to confirm this and was told they were running late. I waited for them and only ******, the original employee who came out the first time showed up. Not AJ the owner or his wife ******. And there was no one from WNC or DNR present. While there, I explained the issues to ****** and he admitted that he had not previously done the work as promised. He said I would have to pay more money in order to tbc
