We love the whole team at Appalachian Dog Training. We sent our girl to the 3 week board-and-train and it's just incredible how much she learned in that short time frame and what a difference it has made in our daily life. The team was so helpful and patient in training us as well as we learned our new commands and it's incredible how much time and effort they put into the training video we received. We very much appreciate that the team is there for us for follow-up questions, support, suggestions and refresher training, if needed. We were so impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Appalachian Dog Training and their devotion to their doggie and human clients. I have been telling everyone I know to get their pup into a training program here, so I am so happy to recommend them. It is no doubt worth the investment that will last a lifetime.Thank you for all you do!

My fianc and I had - and continue to have - the best experience with ***********************, *****, ****** and the entirety of Appalachian Dog Training! Our very nervous Mini ********** **************************, went to A.D.T. for 'Behavioral Modification Training'. She joined a great class of dogs and increased her confidence, ability to 'work' and follow commands and is incredibly obedient now. We were not sure what to expect in sending ***** away as she was a rescue and had no social skills to date, did not know basic commands, had trouble eating if not fully comfortable and was incredibly emotionally vulnerable - to name a few things. Her time with A.D.T. was the best investment we've made to date. I work with her regularly, refer to the 40 minute video ***** and team made for us prior to graduation and know all the incredible women at A.D.T are a phone call away. ***** has been out of training for almost three weeks now and I've had a few follow up questions that the team their fielded immediately for me, even inviting me back for an in person quick course to hone things up for my fianc, who was unable to make graduation. Everyone at Appalachian Dog Training touched *****s life and have helped to put her in a position to walk more confidently and lean into her fears with courage versus away from them. I am so grateful for my experience with ***** and team and will send every dog we have to her squad. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend for all dogs or all breeds/needs/training levels. My mother sent our Black Lab puppy to A.D.T and we all couldn't be happier... Maybe they take humans too ;)
