I had requested with written letter to evaluate six years of my college evaluation. Two different college but one university in India. 2 years of science college and four years of engineering. Phone call and few email including to customer support and evaluator but no response. Called them and response I did not requested science evaluation. Why would I send transcripts for both college for six years duly signed certified by colleges and then signed and approved and sealed by the University. They just evaluated four years of engineering. I needed to show for employment that I have completed science courses Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. They are charging good amount. I will not recommend.Review from Sunnie L

This is not an ***************** They use staff located in the *********** or some other Country. Most of their staff are not domestic. I called a rep and there was massive TV or public background noise on the call so it was very unprofessional. Just search and you don't even see any legit reviews. All the reviews on their website are fake. Unfortunately I wished I had done more research but in my desperate plight for assistance I picked one that I didn't even want to use. If there were more resources and availability of American Companies such as this website that I found and discovered too late in the process, I would have gone with a local service. ****************************************************************************************************** As someone who is new to this process, I would highly recommend to others using local services and don't blindly pick those that are chosen or recommended by the University.Review from Jason W

Please do not use this company! The hidden fees and unnecessarily complicated refund process is the main reason I am writing this. I created an account and searched for the service I neededbut why did the fees and required documents change after I checked out. Now I am presented with the statement that scanning your documents and submitting them is not all that you need to do. As a matter of fact the transcripts must be mailed to them from the university and their service will not occur until that happens. Scanning and uploading the documents serves one purpose- it gets the customer to click that I accept IEEs policies and terms and I acknowledge IEEs refund policy. Then the additional requirements show up and additional fees show upnow I begin to feel that this website was scamming me and I decided to do a ****** search on IEE complaints. Dang it, I really should have done that search before I paid for their service! Now comes the next issue. Cancelling my order. It has been about 2 hours since I signed up and paid for their service. They have provided no service or product to me but trying to get a refund is almost impossible. Multiple hoops to jump through. Did you read our terms of service? Did you read our refund policy? Doesnt matter if you paid and decided to cancel order after 5 minutes that refund is probably not going to happen. The whole process of how this company operates is not based off making the customer happy. Its based off what appears to be how do we get customers money and keep that money regardless of if we provided them service or not. Please avoid this company and their shady business practices.Review from Josie C

STOP!!!! Go Somewhere else!!!! Bad experience, not honest, and bad services. I pay $299.49 for Official Evaluation with rush order for "Official Evaluation" to have my college degree evaluated. (7/19 Wed) the website promote you to scan you diploma and also request transcript sent out directly from school. They sent me a "Provisional Evaluation" (7/24 Mon) and close the order! Then they received the school transcript (7/24 Mon). *** said I need to pay $50 more to order a revision for "Official Evaluation", and if I need it rush it's another $50! .I ordered "Official Evaluation", and they gave you something else because I upload my diploma as they request. I call and spoke to the customer services and even the customer services manager ****************. They still giving me the same bull shxx answer. My request is simple. I paid almost $300 for " Official Evaluation", I NEVER ask for a "Provisional Evaluation" they gave me something else that I don't need and won't work. I need to pay more in order to get the thing I original order. This is bad practice and I encourage everyone who had bad experience report to BBB. This has to STOP. We started this process in March and it is now the end of May and still nothing. We have gotten them original transcripts. We uploaded a copy of the diploma and License and even verified them on the ******** website they asked ** to do. But still nothing. We paid 300 dollars for evaluation of my ******** transcripts for my employer we got them certified translated before hand, They told me that when I send my original Transcripts if I want them back I need to send them a money order made out to cash for $*****. We sent them a money order but made out to IEE instead as I figured they would pocket the money order made out to cash, After they got it they called and asked for another $40.00 to send back the documents 3 day mail. That is alot since i already paid for expideited delivery and sent them an extra *****. for the last week our documents have been stuck in verification department. With no date of when that will be completed. We have asked to talk to a manager or someone in charge and they refuse and hang up. We will never get the evaluation done and my transcripts back. We asked for a refund and they said since it was from March they could not refund our money, they did offer to refund $20.00 though.Review from Cesar C

I had many issues with this company. The issues happened both with customer service and with the degree evaluation itself.1. The first issue was when I found out about this company and created an account to start my order. After creating my account, I contacted customer service via chat to ask about different things. The representative asked which university I would be sending the evaluation to and I told them ****************************. The rep then told me there was a special link for me to use and I would receive a discount due to a partnership they have with ***. A couple weeks later I went to the link the rep provided and the discount was not applied at all. I contacted them later and was told by ******* (I believe) I used the wrong link. I told her that I used the correct link that the other rep had provided me, and the discount was not applied. She then proceeded to tell me that I should have created the account with the link I received. How was I supposed to know there was a special link for *** if I had not created an account to speak with a customer service rep in the first place? Terrible customer service.2. My bachelors degree, which was completed in 3 years in a **************** in Brazil, had **** hours of classes. I had about 46 hours of classes per week (10 hour days Mon-Thu and 6 hour days on Fridays, plus eventual internships on weekends). The evaluator, who clearly did not research or maybe did not even care about it, stated in the evaluation that IEE does not consider a 3 year degree comparable to a 4 year degree in *******. Clearly, the only thing they cared about was how many years it took, not the actual amount of hours students put per day. Using simple math, considering that it takes about 45 hours per 3 credits, I would have at least 122 credits. The evaluator put that I had 93 credits. Using this company was a waste of money and of time. I absolutely do not recommend. I ran out of characters so ending here.***********************Review from Jonathan W

I ordered a review of my ** education transcripts to be sent to an educational institute in ******* and paid all fees necessary. The ordering process was confusing so I got on the phone with their customer service team to walk me through it and was told that after the evaluation was completed I could select the institution to send the evaluation to. Now that the evaluation is completed they are telling me I have to pay again to have it sent to my institution. **************** Manager **** was exceptionally rude with me on the phone while trying to sort this error out, blaming me for being slow to notice issues and call about them. If you are forced to have your transcripts evaluated by myIEE, know that they will take advantage of you and that you will be paying them multiple times to fix THEIR errors. They don't care about their system being broken, and they are fully willing to take advantage of people that have no other options.
