I am not one to write reviews very often. I felt the need to do this one based on my experience with Collins Comfort Solutions. One of our heat pump systems, while functioning, needed to be replaced. I called three companies one morning to schedule visits in order to get estimates. Two were 2 business days out and a 3rd was scheduled to take place within 4 working days. However, Collins called later that day and asked if ok to stop by that afternoon as they had finished another job and had time to do the visit. I appreciated the call to request visiting sooner and was happy to accept. The visit was great with good discussion on the units meeting my criteria and the work needed.We did receive prices from all 3 companies. One other company priced the same unit as Collins. The two prices were very similar. The big difference to me were the ratings I reviewed on multiple sites for the 3 companies! Collins topped that list by a great deal. These ratings and the fact they reached out to come by early for our first meeting was the decision makers for **** can now join those ranks giving huge praises to Collins. I experienced their folks work ethic and years of experience first hand. They completed installation of inside and outside ***** in less than a day. The finished products looked great and are functioning well. There was not mess for me to clean up. They also straightened and installed a new pad under another unit installed by someone else, it is not longer leaning. I am very pleased with their work!I will call them again if and when needed in the future.
