  Date of transaction is 4/19/2022. Amount we paid: $450 What the business committed to provide: deep cleaning services to the home. All rooms dusted: baseboard washed, bathrooms cleaned top to bottom, basically top to bottom without windows. The owner of this company did not provide those services, she did a basic kind of surface clean and that was it. When stating my dissatisfaction I was confronted with lies and she stated that what she didnt clean wasnt able to be cleaned. But when asked for a refund she stated she could come back to the home to clean. After specifying she already stated she was unable to do the work. I requested a refund to no avail. She also stated in her company information that she is non-judge mental and has since been very judge mental. The services she states to provide is not true.

  On April 4th we hired a cleaning service to clean our house top to bottom after moving out, prior to the new buyers arriving. I arrived on April 5th to assess the job and it looked as though nothing had been cleaned. The floor hadn't been mopped (even though they said they mopped it three times) the showers were cleaned the toilets still dirty, an entire bathroom looked over and vacuumed maybe 1/3 of the carpet. I told them it was unacceptable for $280 and that they needed to come back and do it again. Still just half-assed the entire job, left cigarette butts in the driveway, cleaned the shower by turning on the shower head and moving it around (no scrubbing) while we stood there and watched in horror. Vacuumed in a straight line around the upstairs for 60 seconds then asked if she was done. The place was a nightmare, they refused to give money back and had to have another set of cleaners come in to finish the job.

  With all due respect 2 cleaners was there 9 man hours. We had to wait for the house to be emptied. The house was in Terrible condition

  I am rejecting this response because:

  This is absolutely not resolved and I am not at all OK with their response. They were not there 9 hours and I had to hire another cleaning crew when they left because it was obvious no one cleaned, the realtor of the people moving in was complaining about it.

  We are a nice family who lived in a nice neighborhood and took care of our house that is only 4 years old, for them to say it was in "terrible" condition? It was a $365,000 home and they absolutely refused to clean it.

  I stood in the bathroom with the owner of the company and asked her to scrub the shower, please, because it's clearly dirty. She turned on the shower head and moved it around, rinsing off the shower, and then looked at me and said "that's about as good as it's going to get." 

  They only reason they got paid was because my wife didn't know what to do, she was so dumbfounded that people could be so ignorant and we had a deadline to be out of the house and they refused to leave. 

  They have 12 1-star reviews on Yelp that have the same exact story. This is not over, they are scam artists who "specialize in move-out cleans" because the people move out and don't come back to see that they didn't do any cleaning!
