    On March 5th I purchased a $58.00 facial Groupon for Genie of Skin located in ***********, **. I made an appointment for my birthday in May and due to miscommunication my appointment was cancelled by Genie of Skin. I made another appointment and it was entered as a Brazilian wax - hard no, had to be rescheduled. Next appointment less than 24 hours from appointment I get a text that she has black mold in her facility and has to cancel the appointment. Made another appointment for 11:00 on Saturday, August 10th. ***** moved and never told me where she was moving to, so I texted so see where she was located and if the appointment was still on. She then tells me that she changed my appointment to 8:00 am. I explained to her that I made the appointment for 11:00 am and that she can't keep changing the appointment to suite her needs regardless of appointment times and she replied that she "prefers not to render services". I requested a refund which she agreed upon but never issued the refund. Groupon has not responded to me at all. Genie of Skin was paid by Groupon, Genie of Skin should be refunding my payment. I do not wish to ever use Genie of Skin services.

    I refused services due to the lack of communication from the customer. I attempted to reach her several times to confirm the appointment and to receive multiple rude text messages. I totally felt uncomfortable providing services for her at this point. I do not owe her anything money because I never redeemed her voucher code therefore Groupon is responsible for refunding her. She can contact them directly to refund her money. This has never happened to my business and I truly value everyone as a client and will go above and beyond to help them in any way. ***** was extremely rude and completely disrespectful to me and my business therefore I choose not to have any encounters with her. Her services were refused based on the lack of communication and the text messages that she sent to me. I do understand my obligation to the community and this is very disappointing that I couldnt get the opportunity to provide her with my services. I never took money from her. I will send a email to Groupon to refund her money. I sincerely apologized to her but I did explain to her why her services would not be rendered at this time and I respectfully hope she can find someone else.
