    We purchased my engagement ring from *********************************************** almost 2 years ago. So, I decided to return to this company to purchase my wedding band. I made the purchase on their website on December 16 and paid for expedited shipping which usually takes one to two business days. It is now January 2, 2025, and I still have not received my ring, I have spoken to customer service twice after multiple phone calls with no one answering and have been told that it was shipped. The tracking number that they provide for ****** I have spoken with ***** multiple times and they have not received it. The tracking number shows that only a shipping label was printed And keep telling me that they have shipped the ring however, that is not the case, according to the tracking number. I am now reading other reviews where people have had the same issues with receiving their products. I just received a refund for the expedited shipping today, but again no explanation as to what happened to my ring and where it is at. I had to get married without my wedding band when I should have had received it well in advance. I am still being promised a return phone call once they are able to speak with their shipping manager. How long does it take to find out what the heck you did with an order??? So now Im considering making another phone call tomorrow morning to find out if I can just get a full refund so I can go ahead and order my ring from another company. This has been a complete disaster and waste of my time!

    Thank you for the response but to clarify it was actually shipped on January 3rd right after I posted my review on BBB and requested a refund for my ring through ******. So it was never shipped prior to this date as I was told multiple times. Great job covering up that mistake. I did receive the ring and it is beautiful and matches my engagement ring perfectly, so thank you for that at the least.

    I am writing this complaint in utter frustration after spending over $10,000 on jewelry purchases with **************************************************** in the past six months. Despite the significant investment I have made in your company, I am appalled by the egregious lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service I have received. What should have been a joyful experience leading up to my wedding has instead turned into a nightmare, thanks to your companys astounding ineptitude.Your so-called customer service team, which, frankly, has no comprehension of what customer service even is. Their complete lack of empathy, product knowledge, and initiative in resolving issues speaks volumes about the level of service *********************************************** finds acceptable. I ordered a wedding ring, intending to surprise my husband, a full three weeks before our wedding. I even paid additional fees for expedited processing and two-day air shipping to ensure it arrived on time. Instead, not only did the ring fail to arrive, but I was also left in the dark as your team recalled the delivery without a single notification, leaving me without the ring on our wedding day!To say this is a colossal failure would be an understatement. Your company was quick to debit $6,000 from my accounton top of the $4,500 I had already spent on a separate purchaseyet completely incompetent in fulfilling the one thing that mattered: delivering the ring as promised. I went so far as to drive to the shipping carriers office, only to be told that *********************************************** had recalled the package and canceled the delivery without reason or explanation.

    My ring was promised before the day of my wedding. Its been 2 weeks and I still do not have my ring! It has been the worst experience and ruined my special day. Do not recommend this jeweler.

    I do not understand what has happened. I have been through so many calls, emails, and now two packages. I missed the wedding deadline, and did not have the ring to give him. This ring was ordered a month ago with a ship date of September 1st, 2024, and I paid for 2 day express shipping.The showroom attempted to send a ring from their store due to the original package having not shipped. Then they halted the package from the showroom **** shipping) once they saw that after all, production had the original order made and being sent with the tracking number ******** After watching the tracking information closely since Thursday night, checking every couple of hours, I finally thought the package was going to be delivered today. I made special arrangements to have someone at my house to sign for it. Only after driving to the ***** shipping center and speaking with a live person tonight, I finally found out the package has now ALSO BEEN STOPPED by CHARLES AND COLVARD. This is the most disorganized and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a company. I do not aim for that to be a dramatic statement. I have paid you all for a ring that was behind production with no contact from Charles and ******* to tell me it would be later than quoted. Then you all issue two different packages, have me miss the wedding deadline, and then halt the only remaining package that actually has the ring in it. I dont know what to do. I finally had to tell my husband that this has happened because the stress and the disappointment have become too much. Any amount of surprise in this experience has been ruined.Meanwhile, I am wearing the most expensive 2.3ct solitaire you all offer that he purchased for me from ************************************************ I cant tell him that I feel gross now even wearing the ring, knowing how disreputable this company is proving to be. I am embarrassed and exhausted!!!Please make this right!

    This company must be going out of business soon. I ordered my wide earrings exactly 1 month ago and while the confirmation says "expected to ship in 15 business days", I have just today received an email update about the order that "the order has been sent to "our master-craftsmen" to be made" and expected to ship soon. When you call their customer support center, no one is there to pick up a call, EVER, and in the automated system, if your hit #1 to leave a # for a call back, it forgoes that option and just loops you back to the recorded beginning again and again etc. Total joke of a company, have to wait 45 days for a product, no wonder they will soon be out of business. Also the website, if you put your order ID and other info in to see details about the order, it fails to find the order and says "incorrect information has been entered" . Will not be ordering from these clowns again.

    I was told my ring would be delivered on 6/28/2024 I have contacted them through email and got a what I'd assume was a Ai response. I tried to call their number and chat on their website and no response just more ai. I emailed them that i wanted a refund and haven't received anything about a refund. Im really disappointed in the way of no contacts, not able to deliver on time, when I even paid extra to be delivered sooner 1/2 days sooner. I'm upset that I have to now hopefully get my money returned and find a new ring for my wife before our wedding day.

Our pieces are handcrafted and, in some cases, may require more time than initially quoted to create. We notified the customer on 7/8/24 that their account had been closed and refunded.     I am so frustrated with C&C. *** made three purchases with them and two of the orders *** had problems with (receiving the orders). The quality is there, its the customer service that is lacking. When I call for help, I get standard boilerplate answers such as:Your order will be made and shipped within 15 business days; "I've reached out to our production director;"I will upgrade your shipping;Please allow 24 hours to get a response.I have had contacted C&C several times via emal, phone and chat and I really feel like I am getting the runaround treatment. If I get answers, they are non-answers like the ones above that tell me absolutely nothing about the orders. *** been told a member of leadership with contact me, but againnothing. Im so frustrated.

    Purchased my engagement ring September 2017. The main stone became loose in August 2020. Customer support sent me a new ring. Now, August 2023, the main stone fell out of my ring. Seems like they don't secure their stones well. I don't work a job that is tough on my hands. I am mostly a stay at home mom. When I asked Charles and Colvard how I can trust that the repair will be done well the 3rd time, I was told I need to ask them to secure the main stone well. Why don't they secure their stones on every ring they sell? Why does the customer need to specify that they perform quality work on their products?

    The ring we received looks exceptional and is a tremendous value compared to a diamond. It also came packaged in a great looking box. We weren't quite sure it would arrive on time, since it shipped a week later than it was supposed to, but C&C came through and shipped it overnight and even offered a discount for the trouble. The discount wasn't necessary, but I appreciate a company who does their best to make the customer happy. We are new to moissanite and haven't had the ring long enough to speak to its durability, but so far we are very happy with the purchase!
