    I Don't do this often however, when you do wrong to people you should be professional and not take advantage of a situation to gain or profit from.People that KNOW me I've am far from a dummy. I have went to *** for electrician I went to *** and obtained my ************* and **** certification amongst a few other certifications. During the storm after purchasing a generator I learned my pressure sensor switch was blown. I called a plumber that was able to come and replace it in 3 days. After setting my appointment I researched the cost and most were around the same. Well, when the service tech came my fianc stood outside the entire time even acted as his assistant/ runner while he took all of 15 mins to replace the part. He then came inside with a tablet with a blank space for my signature. While the tech explained to me what the cost was as I began to cry out of frustration he did not at anytime show me my invoice which took me 3 weeks to obtain from them after several emails calls and finally demander it be snail mailed as the receptionist put it. Anyway at no time was I given the option to decline the membership which costs over 120$ in which I have no need I just needed their one time service but again when he told me how much the bill was I was never given a option to opt out of anything it was told as matter of fact and that was it. When I called and finally recieved a call back I was spoken to as if I was dumb and accountability was not taken nor did I recieve an apology. Jay's heating and air are dishonest and crooks.i will not stop here either. I want them to do right and correct their wrong.

As a gesture of goodwill and to ensure your satisfaction, we agreed to refund the price of the maintenance ************ is important to note that all work was approved via written authorization before it was completed. The only concerns expressed regarding pricing occurred after the work had been finished.We strive to deliver high-quality service and ensure transparency in all our interactions.     I would like to add some corrections that are truthful. First and foremost I was and nor did I sign for services prior to the pressure switch replacement. Secondly, after the service man and my fianc changed the switch I was given a tablet with a box to sign there was no service breakdown, work done just a space for my signature that was given to me AFTER the pressure switch was replaced. Factually when I called to scedule my appointment I gave the person who scheduled my appointmentwhat was the exact issue. Yes I was a bit upset due to losing **** due to the ***** I did sign the tablet. At no time was it explained to me that the cost included an OPTIONAL maintenance service which I do not need this was an emergency due to a natural event. After texting and requesting a **** I took initiave to contact the company to request to speak to someone in management at that time a few hours later I recieved a call which did not correct or was any concerns or issues addressed. After posting publicly this is not the first incident of their poor buisness ethics and practices.

    J's HV** tried to rip us off. We called them when the ** stopped working on a rental property during a time that had several days of temperatures in mid 90s. The tenant had young children in the house and we were anxious to get the ** going again.Initially, we were impressed with how quickly J's was able to get to the house. Then we got his diagnosis.The technician **** claimed that we needed a new low pressure switch. The cost to replace this switch was going to be $2200. What he didn't know is that we know a thing or two about HV**. We happened to be out of town and couldn't look into it ourselves. We absolutely know it shouldn't cost $2200. **** claimed that it cost that much because he would have to empty the coolant out and fill it with new coolant. We asked if he could turn the ******** Valve so that he wouldn't have to empty the coolant. He said he had not looked for a ******** Valve and that even if he could it would still cost $2200. He claimed that it was company policy to empty the coolant and replace it with new. We reminded him that it was not required or necessary, but it didn't matter. That was the cost.We paid our $116 fee for him to look at it and asked him to leave. The next day, we had another HV** company come out. They replaced the capacitor (for a much, much lower cost) and the unit is working fine.I will never call J's again and will make sure that my friends won't either.

    Good company. Up to date technologically with text and email with photo of the techs they are sending. They are punctual and perform the work in a professional manner.**** and his team installed our new system and everything was very well done. The team worked together well, kept me informed of their progress, routed cables, drains and tubing neatly and professionally. They provided a training session to show me the new thermostat, explain my responsibilities for maintaining the system- very little but needed. A good team, good company, I highly recommend them ****, **

    Chris and his helper were amazing. They changed every last pipe, put in a new well pump, a new pressure tank, and a new gas hot water heater. All in a day and a half! They stayed late to ensure that there were no leaks and that we were happy with the job. If you need plumbers call Jays!

    Jay HVAC will rip you off. Do yourself a big favor and go with another HVAC company. The owner is quite savvy, or greedy should I say. The "options" or packages for the flat rate charges are designed to line his pockets with your hard earned dollars. If you call Jay HVAC for any services, before you agree to the work, MAKE them break down exactly what you are paying for, not just a lump sum price. What you will get is professional service by their service department, but you will not get that level of service with the office employees.
