We have purchased several lots from Nunn Land Sales and have known them for years. We would highly recommend them. **** is is always super transparent, responsive and works with the utmost integrity. So far extremely satisfied with property purchase from **** Land LLC. I am currently on my third land purchase from **** Land LLC. The down payment is great, the monthly payments are great, I can pay ahead months and once happy with how far ahead I can pay extra to plow down the payments and own free and clear. Of course this purchase process is not my first off grid property purchase rodeo . I am fully pleased and satisfied. Thrilled in fact. Other sellers sent me junk mail replies in response to very specific parcel inquiries, kept parcels that they'd sold long ago posted like those properties were still available, failed to reply to my inquiries at all, frustrated me, wasted my time... **** Land didn't do these things. I would like to thank **** for his donation of land to my church. He issued me a refund without my signature on the refund documents. So donation right??? Or is **** **** rash and not very thorough in his dealing?Nunn Land Sales Response

Hi *******! I’m sorry that this transaction did not go smoothly. Please remember that we actually recommended you not buy this property. However, despite our multiple recommendations you insisted. We issued a refund immediately following your written request and over 108 emails. You stated that you had financial hardship and wanted a refund. We immediately issued the refund only to find out the next day after following up that your friend started a go fund me page. Additionally, I reached out to let you know if you would like to reverse the refund we would accept a replacement payment and did not hear back, despite you opening it five times. You requested a refund and received a full refund, including the document preparation fee, despite receiving those as well. I would say that instead of being rash, we have extremely patient, accommodating, and understanding in all this despite your continuous harassment. In short, we issued a refund at your request, offered to reverse it, never heard back despite opening it, and continue to be harassed.
