Let me start by saying I am so glad my husband introduced me to ****. We had recently been burned by a couple so-called contractors and I was leery of using anyone at that point. My husband said "******, you are going to really like this guy." **** my husband could not have been more right! My husband is self employed and he met **** through his business. I was immediately impressed when I got a friendly smile and firm handshake from ****. **** did some siding work for us at our beach house in ************. He not only did that job, but also did some extra siding work that just needed updating. He also hung some cabinets for us in our laundry room without knowing we needed this to be done. He was happy to help. After meeting **** and seeing his work, we hired him to remodel our bathroom in our home in ********. Of course, **** showed up on time and had a smile on his face. **** went to work immediately and laid paper down to protect our hardwood floors and to keep things as clean as possible. He replaced our bathroom floor with LVP, put a beautiful free-standing tub in, removed our old shower and replaced with ceramic tile, removed our counter tops and replaced with quartz and installed new faucets and light fixtures. It turned out absolutely stunning! By this time I had all the confidence in the world for ****. Next, **** moved to our living room. He did the most beautiful shiplap on our ceilings and one wall. He painted the walls, ceiling and trim with attention to detail. **** is currently in the process of remodeling our kitchen with new quartz countertops, backsplash, light fixtures, painting, etc. He also did all the leg work and brought samples of everything to us! We didn't have to go "shopping" for all the materials. Did I say he has great taste in decor? **** also noticed a stained area on our ceiling and stopped a leak from getting worse. Yes, he does roof repair too! Thanks for the laughter and for being you ****!

We would give **** **** stars if we had the option to do so! **** is prompt, reliable, friendly and always goes above and beyond. He responds promptly, schedules as soon as possible and arrives either early or right on time. His work is top-notch and he doesn't do anything that does not legitimately need to be done (in other words - no overcharging!). Thanks, ****!!

I contacted ******* to set up time for a quote for a pouring a concrete pad and he was able to stop by the next day. The day after he stopped by, we had the quote. Shortly after that, we were able to set up time to work on the concrete pad. ******* and his crew did a great job on our concrete pad and were a pleasure to work with. Very professional. We will certainly work with ******* and his team again!

Had ******* come and do a estimate never got back to me didn’t have the courtesy or the professionalism to update me to let me know whether he was interested or not. I contacted him and no reply. Completely unprofessional. Be wary.

Do you need someone reliable, professional, and has the expertise to get the job done right? Look no further. Fran is the man for the job! We needed someone to replace our shower quickly and I was having a really hard time finding any one to come give me an estimate. Fran saved the day. Within 24 hours of my phone call, he came out and gave us an estimate. He finished our shower and dry wall patch very quickly and the work is high quality. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend him for any home project you may have! His skills extend into paint and custom work for any home improvement project you make have.

I cannot say enough great things about this guy. Fran came to our rescue after a tile guy botched our shower wall.. it was bad. He showed up super quickly and did a fantastic job. We were in need of a fast repair since my husband received orders to move to ***** and we need to put our house up for sale. Fran saved the day ?? He is also such a great person and so respectful. It’s hard to find a hard working handyman who is kind, courteous, shows up in a timely manner, and who does it all. From drywall, painting, roofing, trim work, vinyl siding, LVP Flooring, to minor plumbing and electric (yes, I got that from his card, but he also does so much more, like his fantastic job on our tile repair). I am so impressed and thankful for his work. We will definitely be hiring him again.
