  Improper pool installation. We hired TL Custom pools to install our fiberglass pool. He asked for payment before the job was completed and hasnt been back to finish the job.

  To whom it may concern,

  Thank you for the letter regarding the swimming pool installation for *************************** and allowing me the opportunity to respond with any concerns. TLC pools contracted a fiberglass swimming pool installation for **************. All areas of the agreed upon and signed contract have been fulfilled. The swimming pool installation passed all building and electrical inspections relative to required local/county building codes and ordnances. Mr. ****** concerns were addressed by the swimming pool manufacturers representative (on-site) where two separate courses of action were offered in an attempt for resolution. ************** requested a warranty reassurance document from the manufacturer relative to his concern which was due to be provided by the on-site representative from the swimming pool manufacturer. 
  

  Again, TLC pools has fulfilled its complete contractual obligations as it pertains to the swimming pool installation for **************; which was finalized by him making his final payment in full to TLC pools.

  Furthermore, concerns on the behalf of TLC pools have not attempted to be addressed by ************** pertaining to the improper installation of lighting by electricians hired by **************. This resulted in a $1,500 loss at the expense of TLC pools. It was requested that ************** provide restitution to TLC pools due to the damages incurred by improper electrical/lighting by ARC Electric. This restitution was agreed upon by both parties, but was never provided to TLC pools.

  In summary, all obligations by TLC pools have been fulfilled. ************** requested that TLC pools never set foot on his property again during the on-site meeting with the factory representative discussing the warranty reassurance.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  The response stated is inaccurate. 
  

  Im reporting this to the BBB to warn others and to prevent another customer of being lied to from a crooked contractor that doesnt complete the jobs as contracted. 
  

  I am not getting into a (he said, she said) conversation. That will be handled in court with attorneys. 
  

  Also, I have witnesses from ****** Pools that inspected the installation and was a part of the conversation. 
  

  If the BBB would like that information, Ill be happy to provide it.
