The dealer sold a car that would cause an accident and created injuries to a family. Both front axles were busted and he did not want to pay. I stated I would not pay his dock fee and this was very sad to do a family. He finally agreed to pay...before I contacted ********, the financial company That he lied to on a legal document on the amount of funds paid down. That should had been my first sign of RUN. Dishonesty to a bank?!? So finally after a disputes he fixed one side and has refused to schedule the other side. Therefore I will pay myself and he will have all fees...such as taxes he did not pay on the vehicle and replacement of the axle, passenger side. So I hope he gets something of his 300..but sure the cost will exceed that fee!

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by ****** ******* .
We acknowledge the concerns raised regarding the repair of their vehicle. Heres a summary of the situation:
Warranty Review: Upon identifying the issue with the vehicle, we instructed the client to review their warranty. Once it was confirmed that the warranty would not cover the repairs, we agreed to cover the costs ourselves.
Parts Order: Unfortunately, the initial parts ordered were incorrect, which led to an incomplete repair. Once we received the correct parts, we attempted to schedule a time for the repairs that would work for both the client and our mechanic.
Scheduling Conflicts: We have reached out multiple times to propose different dates for completing the repairs. However, the client has been unable to agree to any of these proposed times.
Outstanding Balance: The client has a remaining balance of $300, which we respectfully ask to be settled.
We are committed to resolving this issue and want to ensure the client receives the service they expect. We remain open to working with them to find a suitable time for the repair and appreciate any assistance you can provide in facilitating communication.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to resolving it amicably.
    Sincerely,
    ****** *****
