            When I tried to go online to access my account, I can not login. I have contacted the organization multiple times through their webpage with no response. I continue to get billed automatically for the service, but I am not able to use it, nor am I am able to cancel it. There is no phone number to contact them to resolve this issue.

            I signed up to USHandicap/GolfNet to get a GHIN number, thinking this was the USGA handicap website, but it isn't. When I tried to go online to make certain I am not automatically renewed, there is a note that you have to write to them....here is their policy - quote - "Memberships / Registration (For US Handicap Public Player golfers) How do I cancel my membership? Your membership renews annually automatically. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds. Please contact support if you wish to cancel." There is a button at the bottom "request support", which I have written to, MANY times, requesting they cancel my renewal, and I cannot get an answer. There is no phone number to call and I'm getting frustrated. My renewal is 4/10/2023, but I have been writing since April, and am afraid I will be automatically renewed because I am being ignored. I feel they are scamming people, taking their money and having no way to get them to stop. https://www.ushandicap.com/community/golfers/2918519/profile is my login information.             SCAM! You cannot cancel your membership. It auto renews and impossible to cancel. I have emailed 8 times over the past year with no answer. I will need to go to my bank to stop future payments.

            I purchased this plan to keep/track my golf handicap/stats. It was fine for the first 2 weeks but then i could not get into the site to post any scores. Basically the site is down all the time and I am unable to track and enter my scores. I asked them to cancel my membership but with no response. Very little information so you cannot contact them. The only way to contact them I have found is an email address with no responses. They just charged my account again for 2022/2023. If you go to the website several other people have left the same comments about not being able to contact them. Very poor business practice.

            As other people have reported - it is impossible to cancel a subscription with US Handicap/Golf net (https://www.ushandicap.com/). My payment information is not available when I log into my account so there is no way for me to remove my credit card, or even see what credit card is in their system. And, the only way to cancel is to send an email to "support" via a form. And, once I fill in the form a message displays saying: "there are no refunds are you sure you want to cancel?" For the past two years at least I've been clicking "yes" I want to cancel. I don't care about one charge I just want to stop being charged $29.95 EVERY YEAR!!! The phone number that my **** ** ******* card lists as theirs (910-215-8800) does NOT work. There are no phone numbers, no way to contact anyone at the company. I've initiated a dispute with my credit card company just to get them to cancel my subscription. If that doesn't work I'll need to get a new card - a complete pain.

            I had been using this application for several years; it recorded my golf scores and computed my handicap index as advertised. This year, the application stopped working correctly. The scores I post are listed, but they are not being used to update handicaps and the handicap card no longer lists the scores from previous 20 rounds as required. Additionally, the scoring details are no longer available as they were prior to this year. Inquiries to customer service have gone unanswered for over one week. The phone number listed at BBB is no longer in service according to ******* Wireless. I wish to cancel my subscription and have my detailed scoring records provided to me at no charge.

            Golfnet Handicap website does not allow subscription cancellation. They don't have a support or email address or a working phone number. All subscriptions auto-renew so how can anyone who no longer want their services stop paying? I was left to file this complaint with the BBB, contest the charge with my credit card company and ultimately I know I will need to report my credit card stole so they no longer have a functioning card to charge.

            After finding out weeks after starting my annual subscription (June 2021), I realized it was not the right handicap system I wanted as a golfer. So I set a reminder for late may to request cancellation, weeks before renewal. The only way to cancel the subscription and not be charged for the next year is by submitting a ticket on the golfnet website. After inputting my information and requesting cancellation (PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE), golfnet never got back to me even though the typical response is supposedly 2 days. I have asked for cancellation again even though I have already been charged. Unfortunately through their support request system, there is nowhere to find historical requests which was a red flag I should've been aware of weeks ago.

            This is a golf handicap card website. I tried to cancel my renewal about 3 months ago with 3ea separate emails on the websites support page. I got no response and on 6-3-2022 they renewed the membership automatically. I want my membership cancelled & my $29.95 back in my checking account.
