            On 1/26/24 Easymover was the worst moving company that ever move ***** ********* ** they damage to much of my Property which they call me constantly to get my business.And left behind to much of my other property.This Company was just after a quick dollar bill and wasnt concern about my property offering me 2 cents to get rid of me.And pay me what I didnt agree to or consent to or sign for.This Company has a lot of Issues I would not recommend this company to anyone for business.

            Easy Movers provided moving services for Ms. ****** ******** on 1/26/2024. At the start of each move, shippers are provided with documentation that details the different options available and offered by Easy Movers for claim resolution.  This provides the shipper with the opportunity to select the option that best suits their needs, should a claim arise.

            Once Ms. ********** move was complete. Easy Movers learned of her claim a few days later. 

            The first email initiating the claim process was received on 2/1/2024 with the last email regarding her claim being submitted on 2/27/2024. While we regret that Ms. ******** feels dissatisfied with the outcome, Easy Movers arrived at a resolution for Ms. ******** based on the option selected and signed for by Ms. ******** at the time of her move.

            Iam requesting to reject to what Easymovers has 

            Stated about my moving property damaged.And my sign document that I didnt agree to or sign for. On my damages to my property items  Mattress Bedroom dresser Tv Stand Moving Chess Security Bar that was with my permission to hold the door open and Storage Boxes.

            We are sorry Ms. ******** is unsatisfied with the resolution of her claim however, Easy Movers maintains that Ms. ********** claim was settled based on the valuation selected and paid for during the process of her move. Easy Movers processed Ms. ********** claim within the guidelines of the **********************.

            The customer contacted ********************** **** regarding her items that were delivered by Easy Movers *** from *********, ** to storage units she rented in ***************, ********. She informed ** that her items were not placed satisfactorily in one of the units. We did inform ******************* that according to our contract- once items are unloaded into a public storage facility, in which the items are no longer under the direct control of Easy Movers, our liability ends at that time. At the time ******************* contacted us, her items had already been accessed and handled by another moving company.
            ******************* signed the Bill of Lading that all property was received in good condition as well as the End of Move checklist that she checked the back of the truck for any loose items.
            The move out of the public storage unit to her destination address was not performed by Easy Movers. Based on these facts, Easy Movers would have no liability in this matter as all items were loaded and delivered to the public storage in good condition as ******************* signature confirms.

            We had Easy Movers scheduled to move our family with 2 small children and 3 dogs approximately 500 miles away on 6/23/23. They were scheduled to arrive between 9:30 and 10:30 AM. After not hearing from them and no movers showing up at 11:00 AM, we called our contact, *********************. He did not answer my husband's call, which is the contact number he had on file. He did answer my call, and eventually let us know he 'had some bad news,' and that there would be no movers on our scheduled date. At this point, all of our belongings were boxed up and we were in complete disbelief. The next day, the movers did show up, an hour late and with no apologies or acknowledgement of the fact that they were supposed to be there the day before. When we called **** in the morning to confirm the movers would show up, his response was a nonchalant, 'as far as I know, I'm not working today.' The movers did complete the move on time, moving us into our new home on 6/25/23, however not without added expense and stress. **** eventually provided a completely unacceptable adjustment to the bill, and as a result we are filing a complaint with the BBB. Our losses include the cost of non refundable VRBO rental, full day of PTO pay, and damage to our brand new stairs in our new home, which the movers didn't even bring to our attention and then just brushed it off as no big deal when we brought it to their attention. This does not include the immeasurable added stress and frustration that was caused as a result of Easy Movers failure to move us on our contracted date. ********************* was not proactive, helpful, or motivated whatsoever to provide us with resolution. The communication from **** has been subpar, we felt like we had to track him down, when he should have been the one keeping us in the loop. I would never recommend this company. While I understand things can happen, the company was in the wrong here, and has failed to make this situation right.

            We had already given the customer a $400 discount at the time of the move. Since this review, we have reached out to the customer to request receipts/proof for the damages and lost wages to come to a more appeasing settlement for the customer. ********************** is currently still awaiting the requested receipts/proof & we will negotiate with them, once they are received.

            I am rejecting this response because: The business did contact me the day after I filed a complaint with the BBB.  The representative who contacted me, *******, was less than helpful.  While she did apologize for our experience and say that Easy Movers was at fault, she had an attitude throughout the entire conversation and spent a good deal of the call sticking up for our sales rep and contact, ****, who we named in our original complaint.  She offered to reimburse us for the cost of the rental and the stair repair, and possibly my missed day of work, but stated she would need documentation for all listed.  She would not offer any adjustment to our bill for the stress, frustration, and just overall unacceptable experience her company put us through.  Regardless, she stated she would be sending an email for me to provide the documentation requested, which was never received.  She has not followed up from our initial conversation, which is not at all surprising.  ************ does not deserve the A+ rating they are currently awarded.  Even if Easy Movers did reimburse me for just the financial losses, I would not be satisfied.  *******'s handling of this complaint is just the cherry on top of our absolutely awful experience with this company.  It should be noted that, despite my frustration with her attitude and comments, I made a point to be very polite to ******* and express gratitude to her for her efforts to make this situation right. I honestly think it's ridiculous that we are being asked to provide documentation for our financial losses.  ************ knows they messed ** in a very big way and are making me jump through hoops to get any sort of resolution while trying to get settled and unpacked from a disaster of a move across multiple states with two small children and three dogs.  Unacceptable.

            The email was sent to the email address we had on file (which was ********************) on 7/17/2023, it only asked if the customer had been able to locate the necessary receipts for the reimbursement they were requesting above and beyond the $400 discount previously given for the service failure on behalf of Easy Movers. I forwarded that email to ********************* email ********** hours ago and I am still awaiting a response. Once the customer provides the necessary information, we can consider an additional discount to be given. Attached you will find a copy of the invoice which shows the $400 discount.
